Had a great custom tour in China and Tibet - will use again and recommend to others

The whole experience of travelling with TransIndus was a pleasure and very efficient. Paperwork arrived on time (though they seemed quite incapable of getting my name correct!), travel folder with information was excellent, travel arrangements all worked as advertised, staff friendly and helpful, hotels excellent, guide first class. Would definitely recommend.

Shivjit at TransIndus was invaluable in helping me put together a superb trip to Japan and China for my husband and I. As the trip was also to celebrate both a special birthday and wedding anniversary I wanted to be sure everything ran smoothly and left no stone unturned and to this end have no doubt that I was a rather demanding client! However, Shivjit was at all times extremely courteous, attentive,prompt and thorough and made sure that all my queries and requests were clarified and addressed and the resultant trip ran like clockwork. I am so very impressed with Shivjit and TransIndus and would have no hesitation in engaging their services again or indeed recommending them. Thank you so much Shivjit and TransIndus for ensuring we had a wonderful trip, the memories of which will always be with us.

Excellent tour of National Parks in India - All hotels that were recommended I would very happily return to especially the Pugdundee properties. No issues with any of the transportation links and the office were calling the drivers to check if we were ok in between lodges. Will use TransIndus again for future trips to India. Parks visited - Ranthambore, Bandhavgarh, Kanha & Pench - all with good tiger sightings.

We travelled to China with Transindus in March & had a wonderful trip!

The itinerary was very busy but it was well paced, with some more time to relax towards the end of the programme (we loved the 2 night stay in Longji). It was great that we had some train trips, as well as the internal flights. We were very impressed with the standard of public transport in China.

The standard of the local guides/staff varied considerably, but Michael (Xian) gave us an excellent tour of the Terracotta Warriors, Kevin (Chengdu) was excellent and we really enjoyed our time with Simone (Lijang) - especially the private visit to a "Dongbar" with translation of all our questions!

The hotels were all of a good standard in good locations - the Ping An Lodge upgraded us to a room in the new block, which said "Ping An Grand Hotel" on the outside - it was a beautiful room, with a balcony with a fantastic view over the rice terraces - this was wonderful!

We have travelled with TransIndus on 2 different trips to India, so we were keen to try their services in China too - they did not disappoint - it was a wonderful trip with good planning before the trip & attentive backup when we were away.

I would not hesitate to travel with them again & I have recommended this company to friends & family ... all trips have been very successful!

What a wonderful journey around Northern India - surpassed our expectations in every way. The service we received and the care and attention to detail from the TransIndus team took all the stress out of what was a “full throttle” tour and I cannot praise them highly enough. Already choosing our next trip and will not hesitate to book with TransIndus. Exceptional at every level - thank you for a dream holiday come true.

An excellent and personal service from start to finish - will be using them again, for sure!

This is the second time I have used Transindus, who provide an excellent service. They listened to what I wanted and came up with good suggestions and competitive prices for a tailor made journey to China. The arrangements at the destination met my expectations in full.

Brilliant from start to finish. We have used Transindus twice now and will continue to do so in the future. They communicate well, they care, they involve you in the planning if you have your own ideas, their staff exude respect and pride in their job. My wife and I have had two of the most amazing Indian adventures that you can imagine. Nothing has disappointed us and its all worked like clockwork (How often can you say that about a holiday?)

TransIndus prepared a very good tailored itinerary for us in Myanmar and all the arrangements worked well. Their local agents and guides were excellent.

Once again TransIndus came up with a tailor-made holiday to meet our requirements. All the arrangements worked perfectly, hotels were good and some of our guides were excellent. We will use TransIndus again.

TransIndus did a great job in listening to our brief and coming up with an itinerary for our trip to Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Communicated with Hari pre-trip via email and he was always super prompt and courteous in his replies. On the ground in India, everything ran like clockwork and the guides and drivers were always on time and where they should have been. The hotels suggested were wonderful and met our brief exactly. There was just one small part of the trip that we would have changed with hindsight, in terms of spending longer in one place and shorter in another, but that would be based on our preferences and nothing against what TransIndus suggested. Will happily turn to TransIndus for our next trip to India,

Our holiday to Iran was fantastic. The accommodation was not always great but this was because better options were not available or were not in a convenient location. TransIndus did a great job.

TransIndus make every effort to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible and that any problem is dealt with there and then. Any holiday involves some ‘trade offs’ but TransIndus usually get the balance right.

TransIndus arranged a bespoke trip for us in Northern India. We had an outline schedule of the areas we knew we wanted to cover and the consultant suggested additions and accommodation. The trip was well organised and exceeded our expectations with the standard of the hotels, the drivers and the guides.

Transindus are a great company. Been with them twice now and would quite happily book again with them. The guides are great and so knowledgable. Hoi in Hanoi and Lam in Saigon were the best. We did an Indochina Holiday and were very pleased with it.

Transindus provide a great service. The guides and the “meet and greet” guys were knowledgable and met us when and where they should have been (arriving at Delhi station at the peak of the rough hour was challenging). All the hotels were high quality and delivered a great service. The only small issue was I think the advise on tipping was a bit to generous side, checking the web sites Indians were aghast with what we were advised is the norm.
