If you require a contracting employer then I would highly recommend this company- I have found the staff at Trafalgar incredibly helpful and quick to respond, even with Covid restrictions (unlike my time with Paystream who I WOULD NOT recommend)

Their fees are very low and payments are made quickly without any extra payment from you (unlike others) and usually sent within 1-2 working days of timesheet being authorised.

I would highly recommend. The staff is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They respond quickly to my queries and they always have my back. I have used them for a few months now and the whole process has gone rather smoothly.

Trash umbrella company with trash customer service and assistance. You will have to fight to get any information out of them & they are rude. Use a different umbrella if possible.

I've contacted Trafalgar on numerous occasions after not receiving SSP, I've received no response. They've offered no explanation, I can't speak with anyone as the phone lines are closed, whilst using their services my salary payments started being received erratically with no explanation as to why the days were changing from one payment to the next, despite point blank asking the question they just tell you "it'll be in before close of business tomorrow". It's always tomorrow and nothing is ever their fault, these problems began before COVID-19 too. If you need the services of an Umbrella company I would AVOID this one at all costs, you'll spend more time chasing people to do their job than you will doing your own job.

No P45 received - left nearly 4 months ago.
I tried to speak with them over the phone or via emails to get this resolved. Always saying the same as in the comment bellow - they awaiting for last payment. Sorry, but it has been long enough for you to get this sorted.

Asked to raise a formal complaint, said they don't have a complaints procedure. One of the HR agents John replied to my request to raise a complaint and said that its not a complaint and apparently they decide if they will accept your complaint or not, never heard of bigger nonsense in my life. I decided to call and same John answered, was extremely unprofessional and rude, made inappropriate jokes and had a good laugh with colleagues in the office while I was still on the line.

EVERY SINGLE COMPANY HAS COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid them.

Always on the ball always in touch when needed and always available if you need to speak to someone.

Professional, prompt service from all at Trafalgar. I have never had any issues and all problems, although there have only been a couple over the last few years, all have been dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

The service offered by Trafalgar is exceptional. For those of us operating a small professional business, not having to worry about tax, VAT, Companies House filings and so on is a great benefit. The people at Trafalgar are always helpful and efficient and I have nothing but admiration for them.

I have been using the services of Trafalgar Accounting for a number of years now and have found them to be professional and efficient.

Highly recommend. Really helpful and friendly staff not that you have to contact them much as the service they provide is top rate. Used them for around 5 years now in total now and wouldn't use anyone else.

Once again, Trafalgar have excelled themselves. The service they provide is second to none. Any queries are answered promptly and I have complete trust in them. Their staff have a high level of knowledge across the board and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. As well as being professional, I find them very friendly and approachable for any given query.

Generally very good but room for improvement.
On the whole, I have been pleased with the level of service I've received from Trafalgar over the years. The staff are very approachable and are always able and willing to answer any questions or address any concerns or problems I may have.
The area for improvement, I feel, is that there have been issues when dealing with payment or expenses that are not in GBP - there have been a couple of instances over the years where conversion either hasn't been done or was done incorrectly. This has happened somewhat recently when handling some expenses and as yet this is still unresolved.
Whilst I am happy to be pro-active about things like this, I would appreciate it if I was kept a bit more up-to-date with issue resolution when the situation arises. Using the recent expenses conversion issue, I only found out after following up on it a few weeks later, that the issue was still being resolved.
