Falcon trading computers will always be my home. Since i bought my computer Jacob was available whatever problem i faced Ben helped me. He is really professional. They taught me a lot and i am a successful trader now. Secondly their customer service is amazing and their computer are fast and reliable.

Every problem I have faced they have walked me through and where very professional and able to explain what had happened and how I can avoid a reoccurrence of the problem. I just bought a Falcon F-52GT and its an "Incredibly" powerful desktop for trading. Like most traders I have massive amounts of data to download every second. This PC handles it with ease. I do not even hear it running. I will only buy a Falcon PC from now on. Phil was my sales agent with great purchase advice and Jacob is the best support person I have ever worked with.

Trading Computers is outstanding in 2 ways. First, their machines are fast and extremely reliable. I'll never purchase another brand again. Second, their customer service is amazing! The few times I've needed support, they are friendly and knowledgeable - fixing my issue in short order. I rely on my computer to earn a living every day, and I sleep well knowing the folks at Trading Computers has my back.

I call Falcon Computers every six months to request a tune-up; it's part of what you pay for when you buy one of their machines. Josh very quickly did what was needed. He knew exactly what he was looking for. He worked so fast that I couldn't follow him. He found no actual problems but deleted unnecessary temp files and updated both of my browsers. Bottom line is that I know based on past personal experience that my PC will run faster.

I should add that my desktop is just over 3 years old and I have never had an issue with it. I purchased a solidly built computer designed specifically for trading and a brand that was recommended by a techie in Austin, TX whom I had grown to trust over time. I highly recommend Falcon Computers as well as their excellent support staff.

We have been using their computers for 3 years. We have 4 of them. They always provide great support. Not just for their products. But also the Windows OS to make sense of how to best use their product.

I was looking for a trading computer and believe I found it in the 264-Falcon F-1 D5. I purchased it in 4/8/2022 it's fast, smoking fast! Yes, if it had four wheels, they would be burning rubber!
The Tech Support is great just a phone call away. Not that the computer has problems, but only to faults of my own. Their response time for assisting me in resolving my issues is just as responsive and fast as my computer. Their response is even faster than the Tech Support at the Aerospace Company I used to work for. Yes, I would recommend Falcon Trading computers. Thank you for your support.

Have been a customer of Falcon computers since 2008. Years ago, when no off the shelf computer from the major brands would keep up with the data from the stock market without freezing-Falcon built my first headache free computer. I have used them since and have never had a breakdown of one of their computers.
The tech support is the real reason I have been a 15-year customer. There are no more computer savvy techs than the people at Falcon. In fact, many times when the tech guys from the major brokerages could not find and fix the problems with their trading platforms Falcon Tech Support knew their systems well and could.

I have had computers from many different and major manufacturer's. Most of the time it was always a very time consuming and difficult process to get through to tech support. Inevitably they had to route you through different people and sometimes to different parts of the world. While they did eventually provide the help needed, the thought of having to consider contacting them created considerable anxiety. What sets Falcon apart? First of all, the prompt service. They usually either pick up right away or will return your call quickly. Secondly, they know their computers, and through either the remote system or just talking with you, they are able to diagnose the issues and find solutions. I am always amazed at how knowledgeable they are and how they can fix my issues when others are not able to do so. I am now a fan of theirs. They make great computers and provide the support you need,.

The quality of the product that was sent to me when I bought the computer was outstanding. The computer is super fast and set up wonderfully. Trade station and Think or Swim set up along with multi monitor capability. Yes it comes with a price tag but you get what you pay for. This is a great value. If you are serious about trading you need to go world class and this is definitely that.
