Very very good

Needed help after hours and Andrew at Tattletale stepped up and went above and beyond. The service there is always great and the product is very versatile to protect every need.

My new Tattletale alarm system works remarkably well! I am amazed at how quickly this device communicates through the cellular network and mobile app. The system is literally plug and play. I’m not a tech- savvy person, but have no problem setting this up. The customer service reps are top notch. I am very happy that I chose Tattletale.

Have used Tattletale for about 4 going on 5 years. It has been a great product. However, they changed the app to set the alarm from my phone; making it far more cumbersome. Will change companies when I find a suitable replacement

Failed to find 5g signal. Also arrived with defective power supply. Unit was refurbished.
Sent back for refund. Still have my old unit working. Puerto Rico still on 3g.

Add on strobe / alarm doesn’t work and sensitivity of tamper is too sensitive.

I have received my upgrade, but it is not activated yet.

We are upgrading our system. I talked to the rep, and about 6 days later we received our new system. Thank you Tattletale.

I have a steel building and the signal to the furthest motion detector is week. The distance to the motion detector is about 140 ft., that's my only concern. Otherwise the commercial unit works fine.

Been a customer for twenty years. First system had a GSM cell modem and it worked just fine. They upgraded me to CDMA and cell service on the unit was weak. Today there latest and greatest requires a external directional antenna of which I purchased. I looking at a replacement and leaving Tattletale. I tried to work with them but they don't follow up. Customer service has always been difficult. They don't provide documentation on the units features and miss out on opportunities working with customers in resolving their issues. They don't care about my petty little issues.

I love my Tattletale alarms and how easy they are to bring from property to property and to turn on and off remotely. They provide an additional layer of assurance and insurance when marketing properties.

Everything was excellent
