Excellent product and fast fulfillment.

The customer service and efficiency of the team is 5 star. The quality of the product is 4.5 Star. Price was a little expensive. The only thing I wish was different is the finishing on the accessories like the lights attachment points and the shelf attachment points on the water falls. The edges on these are sharp enough to actually damage your backdrop of graphics. The lights also put weight on the front of the booth causing it to droop forward slightly.

I've used TradeShowBooth.com several times now and I will continue to do so. Not only are their products great quality, but their service is top notch. You get to communicate directly with actual humans and you can keep talking to the same person too! It's like the old days where people communicated with other people and I love that. It makes things much easier and better.

Everything was great except for the case that the backdrop came in. The backdrop itself looks great, is extremely simple to setup, and easy to transport. I used the backdrop and case at 4 shows last year and the case was pretty beat up after just 4 uses. The main handle broke off and it appears that it is starting to rip in several areas.

I have owned a few pop-up tents. This one is amazingly sturdy, easy to set up, and the cover fit is completely taut when the center pole is cranked into position, which allows the branding to be spot on. Lead time and customer service were also great.

Tradeshowbooth.com has been easy to work with and very responsive. We are extremely happy with the design work. They listened to what we envisioned and executed wonderfully.

Since using the backdrop we have gotten some many complaints about how well the backdrop is. I used the design consultant to make sure the photos and design fit in the dimensions. Our consultant was great about bringing my vision to life, communicating, and making any changes that I wanted.

The pop up booth worked out great at the NRF Retail Big show! Easy to stand up and take down. Graphics really popped!

The process was simple to do, and the product itself turned out better than expected. I liked that during the proofing stage, we were alerted to potential issues, and the designer zoomed into the area to highlight a potential issue.
The background is easy to transport and install, but we recommend that two people do it to make it even faster!
