Always beautiful and on time.
I have ordered a number of displays for a variety of clients and each time, the orders have been beautifully printed and delivered on time. Additionally, even when we have needed rush graphics, they have been able to accommodate us and get us everything we needed on time.

Product quality is outstanding
Product quality is outstanding, delivery is prompt and as promised, although I wish all the pieces were delivered at once instead of separate boxes on different days. The outdoor booths are awesome, but need a much better method of hanging the full printed back panels (maybe an additional bar) and replace the included bag with a storing/transporting bag WITH WHEELS! The largest annoyance I've had is the multiple repeated requests for reviews (sometime 4 or 5 at a time) asking for reviews of what appears to be the individual pieces of the product ("Review the back panel", "Review the lower side panel") like there was a glitch in the auto-response asking for reviews. Other than that, the actual product is amazing.

As far as my support team can tell, your order didn't come with a Waterfall TV stand. We haven't received an email about any issues from your or your team, but want to fix this for you! Hi James, we take all reviews very seriously. Can you check to make sure you're reviewing the correct order? My team is stating that this order is in production already. If there are ANY issues, please feel free to reach out to us at 1-888-977-1223. If you've submitted artwork, the proofing process is almost instantaneous and there's no reason why it should take that long to receive a proof. We'd be upset if we had to wait 2 weeks after submitting artwork, too. So let's make sure to fix this for you ASAP.

Poor product and even poorer customer service
The instructions for assembling the booth were inadequate and impossible to do with one person, which was not made clear.
This felt like bait and switch and your customer service team was completely rude when I asked for a refund.
