All but one item was great. I’ve emailed to say one of the mask treatments looks dehydrated, color changed and shrunk down to half the container. I’m not getting a response and their website offers... Zobacz więcej

We like the product but were not able to buy it locally. We had to buy multiple containers to get free shipping but the price was on a promotion in any event. Very happy.

A Great Option
Prices are good, especially compared to other places. I wish the amount for free shipping was lower for returning customers. In my most recent order, a MOP lemongrass shampoo was defective. Customer service refunded me the cost when I contacted them, which was appreciated. If I had been asked, I would have preferred a replacement of the product, as now I have a conditioner without the corresponding shampoo.
The products are well packaged and arrive quickly. I am a repeat customer and have recommended them to my family and friends.
