Not good experience! I went out of my way especially to pick…
I went out of my way especially to pick up this item only to find the pick up centre closes at 3:pm. This was terribly inconvenient as I then had to come and pick it up the next day from Bloor and Yonge. There should be an option where I could have picked up this item down town.

Our pickup hours of 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM are provided in the pickup confirmation email sent to customers along with the pickup instructions. The pickup location and hours are also clearly listed on our website, allowing customers to choose the delivery option that best suits their needs. For customers unable to pick up during these hours, a shipping option is available directly on our website at checkout.

I can always count on Trade Secrets to…
I can always count on Trade Secrets to make sure my items are packaged PERFECTLY and SECURELY. I ordered 2 bottles of hair products worth $80 each and everything was wrapped in bubble wrap snuggly in a thick sturdy box. The items were new and clean, and not even a dent or a mark on the original manufacturer packaging. So I know they aren't selling old or expired products. I can't express how rare this is nowadays. When I order from other stores, they come broken or leaking due to poor packing and it's sad how other places try to get away with selling old stock. Thank you again Trade Secrets, it's good to know there is atleast one honest store I can still count on.
