Since I've been on tradehelp
Since I've been on tradehelp, I've saved some money at city plumbing.
I should look into savings with other partners for the fort coming New year.

Hi Dave, many thanks for sharing this with us. The app is tested thoroughly on many different devices in different scenarios (ie on and offline) and this should not be the case with it crashing, and is not something that has been flagged to us by any other users. It strikes me that something might be wrong with your account to be causing this which hopefully we can get resolved for you. It may be down to a data issue for example, if a bit of corrupt data in your records is causing it to crash when trying to save or load.
The first thing to do is to send a database back up via the app to us to ensure all your data is saved. Once this has been done please make sure you have the latest version of the app from the app store or google play. Once you have done that if you can please contact us on 01978 666 887 or info@tradehelp.co.uk and provide further information (for example, what device you are using, what actions seem to crash the app, any screen recordings showing crashes and the issues with logging in). That would all be really helpful in us being able to investigate the problem and come back to you. I will also ask one of the team to try and make contact to discuss further.

As a free software it's pretty good but does lack certain features that other paid software apps provide but overall very good app that helps my business
