I am a self employed Gas Safe heating engineer and Trade Help is my go to app for all my work for my customers creating gas safety certificates and producing invoices and quotes. I cannot speak highly enough of it. It helps me throughout the day run my day so smoothly.

Brilliant app and customer service
We have been looking for an app/service to book appointments for my son's plumbing business. We found this one and tried out the very generous two months trial. When we started using it, we were kinda hooked as it is very intuitive.
There were a few glitches between the web version and the app, but nothing that couldn't be fixed.
The other great thing is the buyers club where you can get discounts and cashback from some of the biggest plumbing suppliers. We haven't utilised this fully yet, but we will be.
Also love, love, love the fact that you can do a gas safety certificate.
There's also a ton more you can do using the app like Quotes, create a service reminder, commercial gas certificate, Boiler repair records, invoices, and a lot more.
I have spoken to their customer service team several times too and the customer support is brilliant.
Honestly, for the price compared with other apps this is hands down the best tool to have in your business toolbox.
We use the pro version and very happy to pay the extra for the extra features.

Excellent app
Excellent app, easy to navigate and loads of excellent features. Could even be better if the App could integrate with TPI gas analysers for safety certificates. If it could integrate with Free Agent or other accounts software would make this amazing 👏

A fantastic job management app for very small businesses. Great savings at your local merchants and digital paperwork all for free. Put your old job planners/office staff in your pocket lol.The staff at Tradehelp have always been extremely responsive to querys and will always do what they can to help resolve issues. I just could not be this organised without Tradehelp office pro, it has helped me to save money, make more money and retain more customers. There is some room to improve certain features ofcourse but for the money you cannot really knock it. Any software of this nature that I have used in the industry as a field service engineer has been far less than ideal, infact some have been a lot worse and I'm sure did not only cost £10 plus VAT per month. This software is basic but does basic very well.
