Mis-information on their website…
Mis-information on their website advising that dogs are accepted at a venue despite that not being the case which meant we are not able to use the voucher how it was intended.
I cannot find how to reply so I have to edit original message to reply to business comment. If you look at the information page for the track you provided me a voucher for it clearly states that dogs are allowed as long as on a lead (links are allowed to be supplied on here but search the track information for carver-barracks and you will see it.
At this stage I would advise anybody to buy directly from the seller rather than a third party business such as yourselves.

Thank you also for your swift response to our Information Request email we sent you earlier this morning, it is much appreciated. We are sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with the venue and specifically with regards to dogs being allowed on site.
However, the copy on our website for the experience you booked (ref: https://www.trackdays.co.uk/experience/junior-four-supercar-blast/5529/) quite clearly states under the 'General' section and the sub section 'Venue Rules' that 'No dogs are allowed on site'. We are sorry if you missed this information when making the booking.

Having consulted the Carver Barracks page that is on our website (https://www.trackdays.co.uk/driving-experience/carver-barracks/), whilst it is true that the content on this mentions about this being dog friendly, we should point out that this information does not necessarily apply to all of our suppliers who run driving experiences at this venue.
While every effort is made to ensure that the website and gift voucher descriptions accurately reflect the events for which the voucher may be redeemed, they do not form part of a contract. The website and gift voucher event duration information is only intended as a guide.
Whilst we will, on this occasion, update the content so it is more reflective, we would strongly advise that any doubts regarding queries of this nature should be taken up directly with our Customer Service team prior to making a booking, as they can liaise with the supplier of the specific experience you are looking to book to confirm this for you.

A Good Experience - At about 3 pm last Friday afternoon
At about 3 pm last Friday afternoon, when making a booking for a Surrey Simulator Experience, I found I was unable to access the button to make payment. I phoned the Help Line and explained the problem to Becky. She was extremely helpful and took my booking and payment over the phone. Amazingly, on Saturday morning, I was delighted to receive the package in the post! Such very good service! Thank you, Becky, and very well done.

Due to circumstances outwith my control…
Due to circumstances outwith my control (flood), the vouchers i purchased for my granddaughter were put into storage with my furniture, and we missed the expiry date on voucher.
Having explained this to the company they very, very kindly re-issued vouchers for this year. The lady i spoke with, Alison, was so helpful and understanding of my plight. I cannot thank her and the company enough for doing this for me and my Granddaughter.
