I've been looking for a certain toy for my grandson who is autistic. I had searched toy stores and online for almost a year without success. I came across Toy Central and for delighted to find this toy. Considering I'm in a different country the whole process from purchase to delivery was very well done. I would recommend toy central and will also use again. Toy was also excellent quality.

The gloves were far better than we expected

This company are a SCAM. I feel such an idiot. Confirmation email received. Then nothing! I went on to the website and found the confirmation page of my order. Everyday the wording on my confirmation updated with that days date. That alerted me that something was not right. Promise of a response within 3 hours …….. I cancelled my payment with the bank and raised a dispute. Two days later a phone call from a withheld number. Trying to talk me out of continuing with my dispute and the product was being sent that day. As if. They just wanted me to cancel my payment dispute…. Avoid at all costs

Place my order on the 11th October with an expected delivery date of 20th October. By the 21st October I had not received my order nor any form of communication from the supplier. I watched the DHL tracking daily. Not at any point was it indicated my product was coming from the USA. I used the contact us on the 21st October to enquire where my order was to receive an automated response saying someone would be in contact in 3 hours. I AM STILL WAITING! Order arrived 25th October!

Ordered item only for it to not arrive. I chased them up about it and they claimed it had been delivered. I told them no it hadn't and they sent me email showing mi a pin drop on map with pin on different street and a picture of package by someone else's door. I told them they delivered to wrong street and that wasn't my door, they asked to confirm my address so I did and they confirmed they'd delivered to wrong address and offered me a few options. First option was to resend item to me, which at first I accepted but then a few days later they told me item was no longer available and asked me if I'd accept another item instead. At that point I said no and asked them to refund me in full. They then offered me a few options one being a voucher to use on their website, another of a partial refund or full refund to bank. I told them full refund to bank, they then said it would take 3 to 5 days to clear in bank. 3 days later they emailed me to say item was back available and asking if I wanted them to resend it! I replied I was expecting a full refund and not to send it as I wanted a refund. This company has done nothing but mess me around for the past month. I've now put a claim in via my bank now as I'm fed up of being messed around by this company.

Do not use this company! I wish I had read the reviews before we placed the order. Scam company!

Ride on forklift Truck - order

Ordered at the start of September. Heard nothing about shipping, when I chased on the 16th they said the order was cancelled on the 13th as it was out of stock, but was in stock when we ordered it. Now have a very rushed week to get my son’s present in time for his birthday. No refund yet from this scam company

Not sure if switoys is part if this organisation but order arrived after 15 days and is rubbish and since ordering have had bank accounts opened in my name this has been reported to the National fraud intelligence bureau
Everyone be careful who you order from this company said based in Sutton Coldfield definitely not!

This company are nothing short of scam artist and you would best of not dealing with them at all, ordered a bespoke Genshin toy from these people which turned out to be fake.
This resulted in me having to claim the money back from visa which they kindly did.

Placed an order for a board game expansion bank

I can prove the order for anyone interested I just can't upload here. You are fraudsters and thieves.

First of all, I will say that my order did arrive and in fairly good time, and was correct, so from that perspective I was happy!
However, ever since the order I've had a series of pretty much identical emails from bogus email addresses claiming to give tracking info on my order (we're now a few weeks after it was delivered). This include my name, address, email, order number etc (so it's obviously come from this company). this company clearly does operate a legit front office, but must be working with scammers (selling data), or are themselves sending out phishing emails. I would say it's absolutely not worth the hassle of being hounded with phishing emails!

Would love a response because I'm seriously hacked off. You've given my name, address and phone number out. Absolutely not acceptable. I've reported the site to the national cyber security centre.

Replying to the response from toyscentral who said the emails aren't from them - great so you sold my very personal information then! If anything that is worse.

Just don't bother with this company, it's not worth the hassle of constant emails. I'd love compensation but let's be honest these are crooks and are never going to admit to it 😊

I ordered an item that I wanted so badly, and wasn’t too common in the UK.

Price: Fine I guess. (a bit much, but not too expensive).

Website: Now I had some issues with it. Trying to log back onto their website a few times simply didn’t work, or took a long time.

Support: The hotline was not that well, mainly due to it being a call centre in India, rather than in the UK, however, the online forum (while taking a bit longer than 1-3 hours) worked well.

Delivery: Still was able to find my tracking number (even if the page for it wouldn’t load), and was able to track it. And the package came nice and safe.

Overall: I would give this experience a 3/5, I got my item, but there were some troubles here and there.

I have placed an order, no email confirmation, no tracking but the money has gone. Ive tried phoning the number it never connects. I will be contacting trading standards, AVOID THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM. Feel like an idiot!!

Waiting on a parcel, they've taken my money and change order confirmation 3 times. I've emailed them with no reply regarding my order, was hoping to get a response as there are some good stuff on their website. But can safely say will think twice about ordering from them again

Company are not getting back to me! My order has not turned up. Worryingly whenever I click onto my order status it keeps refreshing ‘order confirmed’ to todays date!!! So far I’ve had 4 different dates saying order confirmed and no other status to say the order has been dispatched or that it’s on its way. This is for a birthday present so it’s important it arrives soon !
