Just like everyone else on here I've paid over £50 for balloons for my sons 2nd birthday party which is on Saturday and I've got no tracking number or any confirmation as to when they will arrive! No one is getting back to me and everything about this company is just atrocious!!!

Awful company. Avoid like the plague. I ordered in January from them took weeks for them to contact me and tell me the item I ordered was out of stock. Stupidly ordered a 2nd time from them recently...checked with them via live chat that the them was in stock..they said it was. Contacted them a week later to chase tracking they said it would be despatched within a week. Called them to be told that the item had been despatched and they would email me a tracking no. Didn't receive so live chatted once again where they told me they'd emailed a week ago to say the item was out of stock. When I told them I hadn't received any email at all they confirmed they'd sent it to a completely different email address ( data breech ? ) had to cancel the 2nd order and wait for a refund and they would not admit I'd been lied to about it being in stock and being dispatched. Obvious a scam company. A

Scam. They do not send the correct goods and what they do send is damaged. Refunds are not offered. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a collectors edition toy so was quite expensive.
I never received tracking info like stated in my confirmation email but my order turned up 4 days early and in perfect condition.
I will have a very happy little girl on her birthday. Thank you Toys central.

Company is charging 4 and 5 times the actual rrp of items, "discounted" from even worse prices.

Truly disgusting. It looks like an extra 0 on what might be a good price.

100% trying to trick people

They say they're prices differ from other local vendor because of supply and shipping costs but the products I was looking at specifically are from the UK and less than 25% the price in other vendors with less than a 10% margin.

Again, their prices are over 200% more in a lot of cases

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. They took the money from my credit card immediately, but they still haven't sent me anything, and they're not responding to emails. Save yourself the trouble and buy from somewhere else instead.

UPDATE: I have increased the rating to 2 stars as the item did finally arrive. However, this company's communication has been atrocious. When I ordered the item I received an automated email telling me they would let me know when it had been dispatched, but they never did. I raised two support tickets, one expressing concern at the delay, and another telling them the item was no longer needed (the birthday had been and gone). With each support ticket they sent me an automated email saying they would respond, but they never did.

Terrible company. I purchased my Autistic/ ADHD Son a dreamgym doorway sensory swing for Christmas. In less than a month, the hanging straps started to fray.
Health and safety. Not safe to use.
The cost was £280.00. So not cheap.
They refuse to send replacement straps.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Once they have your money. They don't care in providing any customer service.

I ordered a train controller on the 23rd January. I was told that they would give me tracking details. Nothing.
I emailed them. Nothing.

dont trust this company i have to get my bank and the guards involved as i ordered my son action figures 2 weeks ago i was made believe it would arrive in 5 working days and i purchased so it would arrive for his birthday and iv sent several emails and got no reply the number just transfers me to a chinese national who cannot speak a word of english my sons birthday since came and he has no toys yet from this website and he is heartbroken. toys central is a scam and the police are now following up and also tracing the ip address my order number was TC#P653694054. i hope they are ashamed of themselves making a 5 year old cry scumbags

Today is 27th of January and no updates since then.
After careful observation of the reviews, I have found that most of the customers haven’t received their orders.
I advise you to process the order as soon as possible or I will take this case further.

This is an update to my following review. If like me you have been conned by this company either by them not posting out your order at all like me or if you are unhappy in anyway and they are ignoring your emails. The you can open a payment dispute with your bank. The bank will then look into the matter for you. I really hope this helps others who have lost money with this company.

I intend to contact trading standards, I am looking into legal advise because this company should not be trading in the uk. I want to ensure no other customers loose their money.

My order was placed on the 1st December, it had not arrived by the 14th and i had not recieved any communication from you. When i emailed you i eventually recieved a reply stating that it had not been dispatched, i then asked for a refund and you emailed me to say that my refund had been issued on the 15th of December. I still do not have my money back. Avoid this business as they are dishonest and fraudulent.
I will be reporting you to your payment gateway provider for an investigation into your business pratice.

Do not buy from these. Shocking service. Not sure what scam they may be running but took my order and money, then cancelled it with an email saying I cancelled it!! Which I didn’t! No reply to two emails, phone number just goes dead.
I certainly will never consider them again. Too risky.

Think twice before ordering from this company, I wish I did and waited.
Order 1 x micro rc Dominus rocket league car and 1 x micro rc Endo rocket league car. Both cars were guaranteed to arrive for Xmas so I decided to fork out a high price of £77 rather than wait till after Christmas just to make my son happy.
The dominius arrived on the 9th Jan, no sign of the other. Emailed about this and asked for a refund for the Endo car and a refund for postage as I felt that was better as I did not think much of the one we did receive. Have not had a reply from my email. God awful customer service so avoid at all costs. My son now has not got what he was really hoping for and I paid £77 and only received the cheaper car!

1, I did not recieve the refund as requested, which would have put and end to all of this.
2, without being asked I have been sent out another Dominius car, which means I have now 2 Dominius cars, which would only come to £60.
Please tell me how hard it is to actually read my review and send me the refund requested.
So instead of refunding me like I asked, toyscentral cannot even send out the correct toy which would be the ENDO and now even if I did accept this toyscentral would still owe me £9.60.
As stated before I would like a refund for £47.55 for the Endo and postage. The 2nd Dominius is unopened and can be sent back but will only be done when I receive the refund that I requested. PLEASE DO NOT SEND OUT ANOTHER REPLACEMNET TOY AS THIS IS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED.
For potential customers all I can say is please read my review and think very very carefully about buying from toyscentral. I bought 2 toys for £69.60 but have now recieved 2 identical toys that cost £60. I am out of pocket by £9.60 and although I have asked for a refund, they deem it fit ( without asking ) to send an identical car and are quite happy that they have done their best to solve my issue. I have never had to deal with a company that does not listen to what their customers say and get orders so terribly wrong.
I wish I had read reviews from other disappointed customers first.

Worst experience ever.
Purchased 2 items for £127.20 on 24 Dec 2023, no update ever heard since then. So I email them twice a week ago to ask about the progress and still no reply. Start to wonder if this is a scam. Please let me know when the dispatch date will be or just get me a refund, thanks.

Ordered 2 Mafex figures for our son. 1 turned up without any box and was clearly counterfeit. The other 1 week later, with a box but as soon as it was unpackaged it fell apart in his hands. Do not trust this company, they sell fake products and then wont refund. Disgusting

Ordered on January second and still has not been shipped and cannot get in contact/any responses via email.

Order: UK-TC#P313290586 this was ordered 28th November as a Christmas gift, it arrived on 21st December only thing is it’s a used game. There was no seal on the box and the contents had all been opened and used! Definitely not what I ordered and paid nearly £50 for! Customer service haven’t replied to chats or emails. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

UPDATE - no email sent to me to correspond with them, they have my money and aren’t interested. Please only order from here if you want used goods and have money to throw away!

I bought a box of small figures, and in the envelope I got one small figure. The sales offer says "World\'s Smallest YuGiOh Micro Figures Blind Box". I paid almost £50. Now they are telling me that there is only one figurine on offer.
I don't think anyone would think that I would buy a tiny toy for such an amount, where you can buy it for £5 all over the internet.
I do not recommend!!! They cheat customers and extort money by writing a false sales offer.

I placed an order with this company on 9 December expecting it to have arrived in the 3-5 days (from UK) which their delivery timeline stated. When it hadn't arrived by the 19th I went onto the tracking information which had been provided by text. I then discovered that it had "cleared customs" on the 18th December. Was not advised that it was coming from outside the UK, took around 10 phone calls before I was able to speak to anyone; it was only then that I noticed the concerns of other customers on here ! The present has fortunately arrived for our Grandson i time for Christmas but I do not think that this company is transparent in their trading and customer service is certainly not good. The goods do seem very overpriced in terms of what we have paid and what has arrived.
