I’ve had the same experience and wish I was never sent the link.
Ordered a fishing drone back in January, got told they had to order it from the USA and then yesterday turned up 6 propellers in a Jiffy bag. I have emailed them and spoken on the phone and they offered me 15% refund as some of the items were delivered.
It’s an absolute joke that I’ve spent £167.99 and been sent propellers with no drone no camera!

I ordered something that was almost £200 then got an email saying out of stock and offered me something that was only £20
I have gone into extreme depression over this and hope I get my refund or I will have to take you to court

Scam!!!! Do not buy. I ordered something for £75. Never sent and refusing to refund.

TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT USE!! Took £300+ and never sent the product. Terrible experience, fake company, horrendous customer service. Recovered my money through my credit card company. They also leaked all of my personal details.

It took a long time from ordering to being informed that the particular colour of car was sold out. Then equally long time for different coloured car to arrive.
However the apology and explanation was well received and appreciated.

When I first received my item (Clue Office Board game) I was quite disappointed as it was damaged. I reported this issue on the phone and was asked to Email pictures. Once this was completed i had notification and was given with a new tracking number. The product arrived today in absolute mint condition, fully sealed. Thank you for sorting the problem.

I am just reading all reviews now and seems I have been scammed. I have reported the website to the police who are now investigating. I paid for an item since 22/12/2024 and it was estimated to be delivered on 31st and till date no item delivered. They gave me a dhl tracking number and item has been in the same position which shows it’s a fake tracking number as another customer mentioned here. I will ensure all enforcement agency investigates this company as I am pissed off because this item was for my daughter’s birthday and it never arrived. I have sent an email and no one has responded. I just want my money back, I paid a lot for this item.

The customer service was very good and they communicated very well throughout the long wait.. but it was a worrying time as I needed the items for a specific date and it took over a month to receive them.
Plus there seemed to be some scam going on where I received emails about this order from other people which involved requests for customs payment.. so this was also very worrying but I guess was not the fault of TOYS CENTRAL.

This company is a total scam. I purchased a special collector’s Hulk figure for a significant amount of money, only to start receiving random emails with links to fake tracking sites. After raising my concerns and reading the Trustpilot reviews, I realised this was all part of their scam. I've reached out to request a refund, but they are not honest at all and offer refunds in the form of vouchers. As if anyone would buy from them again. The response I got was unhelpful, and it's always just a first name with no last name, which is a huge red flag. Avoid this company at all costs!

"I would like to clarify that the offers like 10% and 15% I provided "if you still want to proceed with the order."

But if you still want to cancel the order, please let me know if "Full refund in the form of a voucher + 20% additional voucher on the total order value £235.6" is feasible for you.

If I could give minus stars I would. PLEASE AVOID this company. Items did not arrive. Promised refund twice, not received and when I involved my bank they said they could no longer issue a refund unless I told the bank to "drop" the case. Such scammers. Do not waste your money.

This company whilst not scamming are most definitely mis-informing customers about who and where they are & how quickly they can deliver. I was looking for an item for a Christmas present, not something that is easily available in the UK but I could see that you could buy it in the US. During my search Toyscentral UK came up and showed the item in stock. It showed that if ordered within a certain time it could be delivered before Christmas. The cost of the item was extortionate but I felt as it was in the UK it was worth paying the extra. Well, turns out they don't have the item in stock & order it from overseas to be delivered direct to customers - so just middlemen really- and not operating in the UK either. It took them 4 days to 'process' the order & then after a few emails said delivery could be anytime between 2-3 weeks. So missing Christmas and not within the timescale shown on the item. It has now arrived but late and at a high cost. Also their customer service treat you like an idiot & just refer you to 'Ts & Cs' rather than answering direct questions. Lesson learnt. Learn yours from me & avoid.
