Scammers

Scammers, sent me shipment notification with a fake DHL website requesting additional payment. Will be raising this with my bank. Most of positive reviews here are likely by them, dont trust any of this. Note they also have a toyscentral.nl site.

Do not buy from them.

The product I wanted was overpriced and out of stock. I was offered a different item, one that isn’t anywhere worth the same amount. I declined and asked for a refund, and instead get shipping notifications with no street address AND I can’t view because the link doesn’t work or leads to a malicious site.

I just want a refund.

Does not have stock, sells your info to scammers

Tried to order a hard to find item which they had apparently had in stock.
Of course they hadn't, and it took some weeks to find that out (by the way, the product is still shown as in stock at their website).
When I wanted to cancel they tried to offer a different product or store credit. After some emails back and worth I finally got the refund.
Since then I have been steadily receiving scam emails about incoming packages from various companies. All of which had the exact same details I used to order from here. Also some of the scam emails have the same order number.

They sell your informations SCAM

They sell your informations. Got an email from a fake nike order with the email adress used in the website and another home adress. Never used those same information on another website.
Sketchy and they do not have real stock. I tried to order something and it was automatically out of stock. Still not refunded. The website also is filled with product with HIGH price. Like 4x what the real price is.

A total scam avoid at all cost !!!! Your personal info will be sold to scammers !!!!

Avoid avoid avoid !!!!!!! Ordered a very overpriced doll (€122)…

Ordered a very overpriced doll (€122) as my child wants it more than anything. Received an email to say wasn’t in stock so send me a similar doll. The doll they wanted to send is readily available for approx €30. I declined and asked for a refund. I never heard back at all until I opened a complaint with PayPal. They then emailed to say they would only refund me if closed the complaint with PayPal. PayPal conditions are not to close the case until the refund is received. I explained this to toys central but the still refused to refund while case was open. Against PayPals advice I closed the complaint. Toys central then email to say they will speak to management to see if they can refund me. Eventually, after more emails they finally agreed to refund.!! A joke of a company!!!!

Do not buy here. OVERPRICED!!

Price Gouging. Fake prices to pretend they're discounting items that are actually miles above rrp.

If what they're doing isn't illegal it should be.

Crooks with a fake norwegian website…

Crooks with a fake norwegian website saying "shipping within norway" which is to attract people to order. They have taken my money allthough i cancelled the day after i ordered. Not a single reply to my emails in over a week now. Indian scammers .

not recommended!!

I ordered a product from them with a cost of 250 euros!! They do not answer letters. I have no idea about sending the package!! the money has not been refunded. loss of money :(( Order EU-TC#7468

Laser Tag-purchase

Placed an order for 4 sets of Laser Tag-sets on december 13th. Never recieved a confirmation on e-mail, and no sign of any shipment coming. Sent an e-mail asking about this, but have not recieved an answer. Have no idea if I will recieve it or if they have just taken my money...

Very poor, possible scam

I make an order 13th of December EU-TC#7371

As of today, the 9th of January It still hasn’t even shipped.

I emailed them on the 31st of December asking for an update, no reply.

I try to speak to them on the live chat, never available.

I emailed them again yesterday, no reply.

Have I just been scammed?

Ordered a product 22.12.2023 and have…

Ordered a product 22.12.2023 and have not received any confirmation email or delivery info in nearly 2 weeks. I sent an email to inf(at)toyscentral.eu just after Christmas and received an auto email with a 'ticket' which directs me to some Indian control centre asking me to login. Clearly I do not have any login info. All subsequent emails have been ignored, total scam.

Not recommended

They should notify that items comes from outside EU and additional customs charge are applied. Also so long delivery time . Not recommended

tried to get an order cancelled before…

EDIT: i have been refunded, thank you for the service!

i strongly urge everyone to look through the listing descriptions thoroughly.
i purchased the my little pony mystery minis blind box for £87.60 and while the stock photos seem to promise me the full set of 12 boxes which seemed price appropriate for an online store, the description in tiny text implies subtly it is only 1 box by tagging it as "x1" which i mistook for set x1 and not box x1!
very misleading and severely overpriced! 1 box costs only around £9.60 at *retail* shops. i understand profit is surely important for businesses but a clear and honest presentation also important.

while i applaud toys central for their integrity even though the refund took some nudging on my end to go through, i hope consumers are aware of what they are purchasing.

Funko bestelling - EU webshop

Ik heb bij dit bedrijf (eu webshop) recent een bestelling gedaan genaamd: Diablo #600 - Tyrael Exclusive Vinyl Figure. Hier heb ik 57,95 euro voor betaald. Ik kreeg na de betaling geen orderbevestiging en weet dus niks over mijn bestelling. Ik heb geprobeerd contact op te nemen via facebook en email met screenshots van de betaling erbij. Ik krijg nergens een reactie op.
Ik wil dat het bedrijf mij de aanvullende informatie verzend of anders per direct mijn geld terugstort.

Ik heb eerder van dit bedrijf een reactie gehad dat de order niet te vinden is. Ik heb screenshots van de betaling. Het bedrijf vraagt hier echter niet naar. Ik wil dan ook dat er netjes met mij via de mail contact word opgenomen en het ordernummer aan mijn betaling word gekoppeld.

Refund very slow

My choice of article was incorrect and I made quickly a support ticket to cancel the order.
I received fast an answer.

But since the 6th Juli, i waiting the refund of a cancellation request. We are today the 31th Juli…

I hope i’ll get any good news before the winter season.

No own stock. But trustful

I’ve tried to buy a doll which was regularly sold out on other sites. I’ve paid nearly 60$ for a 15$ doll and was happy that toys central still have it. That was what I thought. After 1 week I asked the support for the delivery date. They said it’s already in the packaging process and will be send during the next 5 work days. After 2 weeks it was cancelled without any comment („other“). After contacting the support what was happen they said they don’t have a own stock and they try to get the toy from the supplier and it’s sold out. So in fact they do nothing else then look around (?) like what I do where I found toys central. And the thing is, even after they knowing it’s sold out it’s still offered on the site. A big time waste overall. Only the refund was paid immediately that’s the good site.
