I ordered a Charlie bear dinosaur and had to send back as plush wasn't right around tail.
I did send email and ask if they could replace it and I also wanted another one too. I did get advice from Charlie bears and they advised should be soft plush all around. I did thank them for this.

I sent order through and heard nothing. No emails, no phone calls. This went on for over a week. I emailed again this morning and eventually got through to owner. What a nasty piece of work he is. He accused me of putting phone down on Amy at Charlie bears! Bombarding them with emails. If they responded to emails and phone calls people wouldn't call them. I wanted to know why order for 2 Dino's had been cancelled and to re order them if possible. After his response I would not buy anything there.

If you have a problem with your goods what a change of attitude owner has. Customer care very bad. This company needs looking into.
I am not the only one to out bad reviews on here so please be careful.

I have just read the very poor response from this company. Please note that I ordered the dinosaur on 19 August. So when owner claims I have caused aggravation for the last month he is very wrong. Poor fool me for trying to order 2 more Dino's and I heard nothing until today, when I had to call him and finally got through,he told me to read my email and slammed phone down on me. Would you really say that to a customer.

What did I really do wrong. I sent a dino back and heard nothing. If people do not respond to you after a week you do ring and email and wonder what is going on. Total lack of communication.

There are lots of other brilliant stockists I have used One more bear, Gillespie's, Stone house bears. Please be careful as owner has already lied. This company really needs investigating.
All other stockists above are brilliant. I have never had a problem with them. I really wouldn't want anyone else to be treated the way I have. Not professional.

Only thing I can say. You will be treated with loyalty, care and trust from the stockists I have mentioned and they really know there stuff in Charlie bears and would go an extra mile to help you. Never go with this company!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service from this shop! Bear was purchased Thursday evening and he's here with me today (Saturday morning)! Such an excellent price for this beautiful bear (50% off rrp) and an extra discount on top at checkout was a bonus! Thank you! Would buy from this shop again in a heartbeat!

Really poor customer service rude owner or who ever responds to the emails happy to acuse you of lieing and wont believe what you say please avoid the other negative reviews are spot on just avoid and im sure he will comment something nasty once read
Knew he would comment his report is not true I was home but DPD did not even knock my door checked my ring camera offferd to send footage called me a liar so I then said im refusing delivery because of you being nasty in emails un benone to me I also ordrrd from you of amazon which the item was missing from box hense im claiming I don't look for your name I type in offers on charlie bears but now I know your name would AVOID big time
And replied again you did call me a liar I have it in email and you claim to be the best stock list I beg to differ iv recently purchased of other companies same discounts with no nasty awful emails and im glad you keep commenting as people can see this and prove im right your customer service is shocking and you can see by your reply AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

This is my 3rd bear purchase and I've had absolutely no issues. Very quick postage and were kind enough to send a picture of him when asked. Wouldn't have any issues in returning in the future

Missed parcel delivery as I was on holiday which was then left by DPD at the Post Office for collection.

Arrived to collect it at the Post Office within the stated collection window but was told the parcel was already collected by DPD to be returned to sender.

Relayed the above to Toy Emporium to receive a rude reply gaslighting me based upon DPD tracking which did not tally with what I was told at the Post Office and stating they will only refund minus shipping and return costs.

Recommend never dealing with them.

I've ordered twice now and super fast delivery. Emailed them about one order and an almost instant reply! Will be buying again! Thank you 😊

Still awaiting resolution on the previous order. They've refused to provide any proof of the package being delivered. Read the other reviews, there are lots of customers who shop with this company and do not receive their order. Avoid! Scammers!

I have now made several orders from them and all have been received promptly and well protected as they are in a plastic bag inside a box .The orders I have received have all been beautiful and perfect .We had a hiccup way back and since I have gone back to them everything is absolutely perfect .The earlier review wants taking down .

I haven't ordered from Toyemporium before and am always a bit apprehensive when I do a first order anywhere. I also read the reviews which were mixed. Well what can I say superb service. I ordered my 3 Charlie's and asked for them to go to local store. Ordered 29th Aug, was kept upto date throughout and Sunday morning got info to say they were at my local pick up! Brilliant service from DPD, brilliant service from Toyemporium. Great prices, nothing but thumbs up from me, thank you!

I purchased an item with them earlier in the year and I found them really quite helpful on that occasion and left them a good review. Ever since then, I asked for some photos of another bear I wanted to purchase but I never get a reply. Communication is terrible. I accidentally placed the order for this bear on the wrong payment card and sent a message to kindly cancel the order for this reason. Went to re purchase the item and it wouldn't let me do it, which I think they've actually blocked me from purchasing on ebay all for a legitimate reason that I needed to cancel the order as the wrong payment method was used. I'm really quite shocked and disheartened by this. Never known a company like it. What exactly was the big issue with needing to cancel the order to then put it back through with a different payment method. My message was so polite to them aswell, I'm really struggling to understand the need to block me. Very strange.

Order 3 Charlie bears from here now and it’s always really fast delivery. Highly recommend

Was looking for a specific Warhammer box and came across the toyemporium. At first was a little skeptical at the price as it was dramatically cheaper than anywhere else! But had free postage too.
What an amazing service! I ordered late Tuesday evening, received early Thursday. Will definitely be my first choice from now on!

Good offers, on a wide selection I have purchased a few charlie bears over the years and never had a problem until my latest purchase I paid for delivery as it was below £75. and the company not only falsified my signature by saying that I signed for it they throw it over my back garden gate when the weather was terribly raining and didn't even put a notification through the door to say where it had been left, even though I have a porch they could have left it in.

Got to say I have ordered two bears on two separate occasions and can only say positive things about the transactions.
Prompt posting ,good communication and products as described.

I ordered 2 items and the company only sent 1.

I was on vacation at the time of ordering and when I was back i messaged the seller via eBay, I was ignored.

A week later I asked again stating we had checked the tracking and could see the package had been delivered was not big enough to contain 2 of said large item.

Toy emporium has ignored all the obvious facts which show clearly they messed up and still fights there corner blaming me for not messaging them earlier?

Really infuriated with the rude, ignorant and morally blameworthy.

Wow I can't believe the rude email I received from this place. I placed an expensive order for a collectable bear (£425). More than I have ever spent on my hobby & something I had spent all year saving for, so I was super excited to see him in stock at Toy Emporium & placed the order.

I submitted a note via their website that basically said "As this is an expensive bear, please would you be kind enough to send me some photos when you have time". The reason I requested this is because Charlie Bears are known for being very different in the faces where each one is hand finished.

Within a couple of minutes I received an email reply that said and I quote: "Hello they do not arrive until Monday so I cannot provide photos, plus they have to be randomly allocated to be fair to everyone who has ordered one. So can we assume you have ordered one to stop someone else buying it first, but going to decide if you actually want it after you have been sent photos?"

I mean wow! Initially I replied and said "oh I definitely want him, I've saved all year for him, I just wanted to see him because he's so much money. I'm sorry if i came across wrong". Then afterwards I thought why on earth am I apologising? I only asked! So I thought better of it and 3 days later he still wasn't shipped, so I emailed again & asked to cancel the order.

The other thing to mention is that I've bought from them 9 times in the past (both on their website & on ebay). I've been a customer since 2018 and on 3 of those occasions they've sent photos of bears to me no problem. So as well as rude, they are totally inconsistent.

It really took the shine off of something I had been so excited for, worked hard for & saved all year for.

I have since read reviews on here & comments within a Facebook group I'm in & it would appear this is far from an isolated incident! Their ebay is no better either, the way they speak to some of their customers on there is shocking!

I have since found the bear with another stockist who were only too happy to send photos to me prior to shipping, as they understood it was a considered purchase. They also shipped within a couple of hours of ordering & he arrived the next day! :)

I'll never shop at Toy Emporium again! They need to take a happy pill they're obviously really miserable & rude!

Was a bit hesitant to purchase from Toy Emporium given some of the reviews, but the item arrived very quickly, just as described. Thank you very much!

Had to write a review having read others here. I have never used this company before but they are a registered paw store (it’s a Charlie bears thing) and had a particular Charlie Bear for sale (1 only) that I wanted that I couldn’t find anywhere else and my experience has been excellent.

The bear arrived in perfect condition, really well packaged within 24 hours of ordering. Price was as listed in Charlie bears catalogue and postage was free.
Based on my experience I would definitely buy from them again.

When I found a great price for the Warlord games Black powder set I wanted, £156, I was initially put off by the poor reviews for the Toy Emporium on Trustpilot.

Further investigation revealed that they sell a lot of items on eBay and Amazon and these reviews were good.

So I decided to take a chance, and it worked, item arrived quickly (2 days) well packed in good condition and at a brilliant price.

The only slight complaint was with DPD status reporting... waiting to collect... waiting to collect... waiting to collect... arriving in 8 hours!

Curt email response, basically saying you sort it out, despite the website saying they were happy to help with all customer enquiries. As previously mentioned by someone, once the money is spent they don't give a damn.
Would not use again, the world is becoming an awful place.
