Big Garage kit arrived to the USA, as promised, packaging was excellent. All parts were intact. After reading the clear and simple instructions, I completed the build in 90 minutes. Solid structure. Can't wait to see my 5 yr. old grandson's face at his upcoming birthday.

Literally, TERRIBLE across the board. Product arrived, did not work, very tech savvy parent tried every kind of troubleshooting and still nothing. very disappointed child. Toy box has no phone number, no chat and the only way to contact them is by email…..which they do not reply too for weeks. (After several email attempts). Finally send a nasty email to which they finally reply with a return form. Go to fill out the form only to be told “request is outside return window” BECAUSE THEY TOOK SO LONG TO RESPOND TO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT. Complete and total scam

Do NOT order!! I have spent over 5 hours trying to assemble this product. It’s a joke. Also I have gotten 3 splinters assembling, obv not ideal for a kids toy??!? They clearly pay people to leave reviews on their website. Absolute rip off. I’ll be contacting my bank.

Stay well away from this awful company!!@! I have reported to trading standards. Spent £110 on a car garage and the quality is the worst i have ever seen!@! Arrived damaged and its so flimsy!!!! No present for my son now at xmas!!! I am contacting my bank and will take legal action if no reply to my complaint email. Disgrace of a company!!!!!

I placed my order directly on the ToyBox website and the delivery to France was very fast. I ordered the Big Garage and it was super easy to assemble – basically like IKEA, everything is clearly explained with step-by-step pictures in the instructions.

My child is absolutely thrilled, and the quality is excellent. I was so happy with the product that I also ordered a Christmas gift for my niece. The customer service is wonderful – very kind, responsive and helpful.

Avoid!! We have received a gift from here, standing tower, which has defective parts and not safe to use. Costumer service answered only once and disappeared. Almost 2 months chasing them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

We were going to buy a product from toybox but when you get to checkout they ask for more money for "Shipping protection" and if you don't pay that they might just lose or damage your package and that's apparently your responsibility

Ordered a toddler tower under the promise ALL items are dispatched within 36 hours, including personalised ones. 10 days later and several emails back and to I have totally been lied to by this company. They are quick to take your money but not so quick to delivery the goods. Appalling customer service. AVOID.

SCAM. They never sent item and won't respond. Avoid toybox.shop at all costs.

Wasn’t sure whether the company is legitimate, but the learning tower was shipped quickly, is of very good quality and easy to assemble. Excited to start using it!

I really want to give this company a negative, but unfortunately I don't have that option. I ordered on the 26th of March 2024. Toys for a special occasion for my grandchildren. Still till this date (21st of May!!) I haven't received them. The couple of times I managed to chat with someone, I got told they're getting shipped and I would have a tracking number within 24 hours. It never happened. Total liars!! Now no one answers my chats or messages and there is no other way to contact them. Very deceiving with their super fast shipping slogan!! They did partially refund me, but they are still owing $120. Very disappointing that such a company exists in Australia. BE AWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

We've ordered a week ago and order still has not shipped (website states that all orders ship within 36 hours). Starting to worry it's a scam and I will not receive my order at all, leaving me $149m out of pocket.

Would have given it no stars but it wont let me continue without star rating so i give it one i just wanted to say this company are thief’s they take money from your account without permission and without any goods and when you contact them they deny it dont trust them

Recently received our order and we are missing two parts so cannot fully assemble. We have emailed the company multiple times, submitted the online form and messaged them on social media - 0 replies or acknowledgment. I've seen mixed reviews about customer service on their own site and external ones -- but so far, it appears there is no service at all. Very disappointed that we likely won't be able to give this to our son on Christmas or even use it due to the missing parts. A complete waste of money and fraudulent behavior by the company. We have no incentive to write this review except in hopes the company monitors these postings and decides to do the right thing by contacting us.

I’m so disappointed. I ordered the foldable kitchen tower for my granddaughter Aug 25, and it arrived Aug 31. As I was assembling it on Sept 1, I noticed 1 of 2 part H, a safety bar, was missing. I immediately sent an email regarding this and requested you send me the missing PART H. I have still not received the missing part nor any email addressing my problem.
Without the missing part H, I have not been able to use it with my granddaughter. I am very disappointed because it seems like it would be perfect. I live in a small space and storage is an issue.

I recently purchased the small toy box/parking garage for my son, and while I want to love it so much it unfortunately has fallen short of my expectations. The assembly was very time consuming and difficult as the wooden pieces did not fit together well. Some of the large pieces arrived slightly warped, so maybe that is the cause of the problem. After several attempts, we were able to get the pieces together, however, as it has been in use the pieces are constantly popping apart and not holding together well at all. My son absolutely loves it and has spent hours playing with it, and for that I'm so grateful! I just wish the product came assembled and would hold together better rather than fitting together as a bunch of puzzle pieces. I worry that it is a product that will not last.

I recently posted a positive review! After my grandson has played with the car garage it has started breaking down. His parents have had to place tape on many connections! BOOO!! It wasn’t an inexpensive toy! Refund is expected!!!

Very well made. My grandson loves it!!!

This was a nightmare to assemble.
The wood is so cheap and breaks easily. It is waaaay too expensive also.

It arrived broken, and the product is too flimsy are children to use very very poor quality
