Great service

I needed a very small part for an old tow hitch. They guided me through choosing the right one and sent it out very promptly.

A faultless order

I can't fault the service I received. The website was simple to use, the price was competitive (in fact one of the best I found) and the ordering process was straightforward. My order (trailer wheels) arrived faster than I expected, and was exactly per spec. No issues from start to finish.

A very happy Customer.

I needed a new wheel & tyre for a boat trailer that we had purchased.
I was unsure of the wheel and tyre that was needed as there was various types on the web page of the size we needed.
I called Towing & Trailer and the helpful sales advisor took me through buying the correct wheel online.
Delivery was next working day.
Superb Customer service & very competitive prices. I will definitely use this company again.
Thanks again.

I ordered 4 suspension units

I ordered 4 suspension units , when fitted them to my trailer they did not fit. I tel. and explained my problem the girl I spoked to explained that she understood my problem and would send the right units Which I would be charged for to fit my trailer .I explained that I had painted the original units and returned them . and was promised refund . I received an email saying I would not get a refund because I had painted them and they were second hand . I was very dissatisfied with the outcome of my purchase

An excellent Company to deal with

An excellent Company to deal with. I can’t thank them enough for the help they gave me when buying trailer equipment.

I would not hesitate in recommending this business to anyone considering a supplier. Their help and service was above and beyond “Excellent”.
