Brilliant company. The ladies were incredibly helpful with technical advice and when I made a mistake swapped the wheels with no quibble.
I can't fault either for price or service. You don't need to look further for trailer wheels.

The best trailer specialist in the country! Would not go anywhere else, Scott and Pete are very knowledgeable and are really friendly. Would highly recommend!

After 5 days ....nothing. No updates, no tracking, my emails rejected, no response on Fbk messages.

Wheel bearing failed in Southern France.
Ordered complete set Friday morning, dispatched Friday lunchtime, delivered 11.00am Monday morning.
What more could you ask.

After a wheel and hub parted from our boat trailer on the M1, en-route to our holiday in France, we thought it was game over. After speaking to Pete on the phone it was very clear he was an absolute expert on trailers and their components. We were recovered to his warehouse / workshop where he worked until midnight on a Saturday to do a full repair and upgrade to the trailer and get us back on the road. Helen his partner also stayed to assist and was amazing with our kids. Totally above and beyond duty. I cannot recommend Towing and Trailers highly enough, Pete’s knowledge and fabrication expertise is second to none and between them they really managed to save the day, such a refreshing change from standards these days and a credit to themselves and their company! +++++++++++++++++

Utterly brilliant company. Couldn't be more pleased and impressed by service we have just received. Pete and his team are a rare thing in these times - a company with genuine pride in their work and service. Our trailer was prohibited by DVLA in a random stop on Friday, and less than a week later we have it back from Towing & Trailers like new. DVLA came and inspected this morning and said they have never seen better repair work. The inspector's first word when he saw the work was "wow" I couldn't agree more and can't recommend highly enough!

Fantastic service, great wheels and tyres and great value. Ordered at 1pm, 4 email notifications of processing, invoice, dispatch and delivery on the same day. Delivery next day with time and tracking and live tracking of van at each drop off. My drop off number 54 with time of two hour slot and they delivered within the slot and could follow on app the van progress. Highly recommend this company

I spent a morning trying to find two trailer tyres at a reasonable price. Eventually I found two new wheels fitted with decent tyres from this company, at a price below that of two tyres alone. Very happy as I now have two new wheels and two spares.

Having spoke to a few suppliers for some advice regarding suspension units today (one of which told me to order a unit, which I now know was totally wrong and would have left me up $%^£ creek) I was beyond frustrated ........ that was until I spoke to Tony at Towing Trailers who was polite, honest, friendly and overwhelmingly honest.

I needed to refurbish a boat trailer whose suspension and brakes had given out. The website helped me choose the kit I needed and the videos and FAQs answered a number of questions I had about fitment, measuring and load capacity. I called mid-morning the next day and they took the time to discuss my requirements and check that the parts were suitable. They're extremely knowledgeable and they highlighted a couple of things I'd overlooked.
They dispatched the parts the same day and they arrived with me the following afternoon on a pallet at the other end of the country. Fantastic service.

Ordered trailer wheel and tyre (75T) and they shipped an inferior product (74N.) Raised this with them and was referred to a disclaimer on their website, told that the 74N would fit, was still rated above UK speed limit and similar in load value. Explained it’s a lesser product than advertised and not what I thought I was paying for. Told if I was still unhappy I could return the product at my cost.

I ordered a part. Their couriers lied that it had been delivered when hadn't and then it arrived several days later. I contacted the company and not a hint of an apology from Daniela Vessey.

The web page is misleading. It advertises parts as compatible but they are not. Having to return parts and having to pay return postage

Not received my trailer wheel for over a week, paid over £9 for delivery, which I would expect delivered within 48 hours, customer service not much help, couldn't wait to get you of the line, service is rubbish and I wouldn't buy from this company again, got to wait now to see if and when I'll receive my item,

Great company, fast delivery. Very happr with my hitch/coupling. Would buy from these again. Bought though ebay came when they said it would. Thanks
