I'm told I get a 5.00 discount for a positive review. I'll take the loss and give an honest one. Next time book directly through Southwest. It was never made clear they are not SW. Then I was told SW doesn't fly out of Midway. Altogether 40 minute process.

Rio was very helpful and patient with me in my time of need! He was very helpful and helped resolve my issues i had with my flight
