Nous n avons pas reçu le bon produit et il est difficile de les joindre sauf par mail sur leur mail support. Réponse via l ia qui nous dit que la bonne taille à bien été envoyée et si on comprend notre frustration. Pas de bordereau de retour, il faut renvoyer la preuve de votre commande, photos de ce que vous avez reçu et l ia vous répond que si vous êtes Ok bon vous rembourse 25% du prix du produit et que vous pouvez le garder. Refus de notre part demande de retour, toute une procédure et renvoi payant au vietnam😂 la société est à Nice apparemment, le colis vient d Allemagne et on renvoie au Vietnam. Effectivement pas bcp de transparence ds cette société sachant que je n ai pas trouvé de contact sur Nice juste une adresse dans une zone. Ce site s apparente à un site quelque peu suspect a fuir . Manque de transparence certaine , ressemble qd mm à un site bien frauduleux.

KUDOS to FLT #536 DEN-DCA 11/03/2022

I wanted to give KUDOS to some of the following hard working staff members of Frontier Airline FLT#536 DEN-DCA 11/03/2022. (HEADS UP, LONG REVIEW 😁)

1. Tiffany @ GATE A43 TIME: 10:30 AM for being patient and empathetic towards passengers who were a bit frustrated due to the delayed FLT #536 DEN-DCA. You can see that she wished she can do more, but can only do what she had control over. There was a rude passenger who made it seem like it was her fault then walked away, but Tiffany held her composer and responded professionally. I give her credit for that.

3. KUDOS to the 4 Flight Attendants and the Pilots on FLT# 536 DEN - DCA. I want to thank them for their kindness, transparency, and their patience with us passengers. However, there can always be room for improvements to address the potential training issue that occurred during the Safety Demonstration. Either way my 1st impression of their service overall was better than I anticipated.

4. However, a potential training issue did arise when I observed a flight attendance demeanor and tone towards a fellow passenger, that sat by the middle emergency exit doors. Now there may or may not have been a language barrier between the flight attendant and that particular passenger, during the initial safety demonstration, however, I felt from a customer service standpoint, the flight attendant could have handled this interaction differently.

5. As she was giving the demonstration in the middled of the Airbus, with everyone’s attention on her, I heard her ask this particular passenger, multiple times, if they understood what she just said in regards to accepting the responsibility of sitting by the Emergency Exit? Then she asked if they spoke English a couple times. Then she asked them to repeat what she just said back to her. This is happening right in front of all the other passengers. Honestly I was shocked and embarrassed for that passenger. Plus, I imagined that being me, an American who’s 1st language is NOT English, and I put myself in that passenger’s shoes for a moment, to see how I’d feel if it were me being talked down to. When I asked the passenger next to me what her thoughts were, she had a similar reaction.

6. Now in the FLIGHT ATTENDANTS defense, I can only imagine how HARD they work to serve us passengers, and have a vested interest in our safety and comfort during our flights to and from our destination. Plus I can see why it’s important for passengers to agree to the role we would play and the responsibility that comes along with sitting near an Emergency Exit door, especially if an emergency situation should occur, God forbid.

7. However, I’m BIG on HOW you convey your point across, especially towards someone from different parts of the world. “It’s not only WHAT you say, but HOW you say it” thats important. It can determine how the person or others around them, can perceive what you’re trying to say. Especially when everyone’s attention is on the Flight Attendants, and also on the passenger who may or may not have been a bit embarrassed by the way they were being talk to.

8. As a parent, I’ve asked my 5yr old daughter several times to repeat what I’ve just said to her, so I knew she understood what was asked of her. But she’s a child that I’m teaching to be the best person she can be.

9. Majority of us on this flight are Adults, and for the most part, should be treated as such and with Respect. Unless they’re acting like a real “Beavis & Buttheads,” as my late Mother used to call them. Now then I can understand the change in tone and choice of words.

10. I’m a believer that we have good in us and we just need a different approach to get it out sometimes. Plus I didn’t want to have this feeling of animosity in my heart towards this flight attendant or anyone. So I asked myself, “How can I flip the Script on a Negative situation?” 🤔 EUREKA 💡 I thought of an way. I asked for the best way to compliment the staff on Flight #536? When I say I saw a 360 change I am not kidding.
The same Flight attendant had a totally different attitude and ended up being very helpful. Even though she wasn’t sure, she found the information I needed to share my compliment and comments. So overall KUDOS to her which reinstalled the Faith I had her her and Frontier Customer Service.

11. If I were to give a score of my overall experience on this flight, I would give this experience an 8.75 / 10! I’m sure it can be bumped up to a higher score next time as long as a situation like this is handled properly and effectively. But the Team overall 10/10 👍

Thank you FRONTIER AIRLINE and it’s staff for getting us to our destination in one Piece/Peace ☮️

Mr Jeff Lewis was very helpful…

Mr Jeff Lewis was very helpful considerate and nice. very professional. reassured and made me comfortable with knowing I will receive the information needed for my flight. and was told to call back if I had any problems. this was a great experience being that it was my first time booking a flight. not as difficult as I thought it would be. now I'm just waiting for tickets in my email.
