Men søger man efter pakke så står den som afleveret og underskrevet men vi har ikke skrevet under på nogen ting. Så køb ikke vare der inde det er fup og fidus.

Just very disappointed, I bought a pair of replacement brushes for a tool. I resisted using Ebay in favour of supporting a local-ish business. 9 business days later they have my money, but the product is still sitting on the shelf. tiny product. pop it in an envelope, print out label, job done. er nah
Next time I'll go to Ebay or Amazon - there in lies the reason the smaller companies are losing ground. Its because Amazon ship stuff rapido and the businesses on Ebay want your business.

Purchased an item on-line [click n Collect] from the Springwood store. TT website call out item WAS in store. Travelled to store, only to be told that the item is not in stock and needs to come from supplier.

Sorry to say it's been a very poor experience this time.
The product was left at the door, and the carton was ripped open and damaged—photo of how it was left at the door.
There was no explanation after the call and email.
I emailed for an eta, as my order was meant to be delivered last week, but there was no response.
Please arrange a credit. Given this experience, I'd likely think twice before buying online with total tools.
Guess what? After two weeks, I still had no action from TT.
Deal with the store but avoid their online.
Purchased a gift from TT's online…
Purchased a gift from TT's online store. It turned out to be unsuitable. My son took it back to his local store with a copy of the sales paperwork, to request a return. The item was perfect, unused in original packaging. They refused him, saying it had to go back to the store that dispatched the order. Only issue was no-where in the paperwork did it say where the item was sent from. O looked up TT's website that stated we could return to any store within 30 days. I contacted TT via their chat and the representative was very understanding and after 2o mins she agreed to contact the store where my sone went, and straighten out the issue. I provided his contact details, asking that the store contact him and organise the return. NO CALL! He ended up calling them to be told they would check and call him back. Again, NO CALL! In the end he drove back to the store and with a copy of the policy from their website managed to get them to accept the return and email H/O to have my card credited. We now await that outcome. Not a great experience for a first (and last) online order with Total Tools!

After Bigger Waters store staff had made a purchase mistake thay made 0 effort in resolving the situation and said there was nothing that could do.
If you value your time shop elsewhere.
Placed an order online after which I received an email stating it would take 10 days to arrive, to which I agreed.
After 14 days and no contact from Total Tools, I called the store, only to be told it was still in transit.
Made two more calls in the following days and got the same answer.
It has now been 21 days so I contacted the online support, only to be told the order was lost in transit.
Had to call the store to get a refund.
Total waste of time.
As the name suggests this company is run by Total Tools and will never shop there again.
Spend your money elsewhere, save the hassle!

Disappointed
Staff have little knowledge these days. I went to mitcham store and they hadnt even heard of ND brads for a paslode straight trimmer. These nails are common and a stock item elsewhere. They always have sales in catalogs but there is so much that they dont stock. The last maybe 6 times they haven’t got what i needed. Sydney tools and bunnings are kicking their butts.

Regards 182 uni mig viper
I purchased a unimig 182 viper, gas/gas less mig and arc welder. Have no issues with the mig side of the machine but the arc welder side continuously cuts out about an inch into a run. I flagged this as it was still under warranty,they took it in for repairs, said it had moisture on the circuit board...but the mig still worked fine as it runs off the same board. Was supposedly replaced,when I went to use it on structural pfc I had the same problem of it cutting out. Contacted total tools to discuss the situation and got put threw to the south Australian sales rep J$&h M@$#@!l and basically he got aggressive and argumentative over my discrepancy with the machine and told me word to the effect of I’m “ a b/s-er and basically must not know how to weld” I do not hold this sales rep in any form of regard and he needs an overhaul of his attitude and customer relations by uni mig and total tools. I’ve been a boiler maker/fitter for 30+ years and have had to work with a high standard in the industry as any other qualified trades person does. To be talked down to and abused the way I did is an unacceptable way to be treated as a paying customer, I have a unimig pro series in the workshop and this sub standard viper mig and seriously I shall never buy uni mig again. The staff at total tools are polite but the uni mig sales rep is as sub standard as the machines he so proudly sells. More than happy to leave all my contact details to discuss further..

Failure of Trust
Total Tools promised to deliver a product to store within 5 days which I paid for upfront. 2.5 weeks later I find out that they “bundled” my item with other orders and left it waiting until a sufficient volume accrued to make a delivery worth while, don’t worry about the customer and promises made. This isn’t the first time they have proven untrustworthy and unreliable. Not recommended.
Stick to Bunnings
Ordered a workbelt, they took the money, realised I hadn’t received any updates after 2 weeks on the delivery, turned out they never had it in stock but just left it, didn’t call or email at all. So I had to called them and they finally got back to me telling me a week or so. A month after my original order and all the run around and they said it’d be another month, when I tried to communicate after Rechelle quickly refunded it and told me she couldn’t help me any further because I no longer had a active order
The worst service
It's been 14 days since I bought a tool with Click and collect , but I haven't heard anything from them, and I've asked questions via email, but there's no answer. It was in stock when I ordered. It's the worst service
Placing orders with total tools
I have placed two orders with Total Tools and both were a disaster from beginning to end. Upon placing both orders at different dates both appeared to be in stock on the website. The first order took nearly 8 weeks to arrive. The second (a birthday present for my husband) has taken almost 8 weeks to with no ETA in sight. During both of these experiences not one person called me to let me know the items were out of stock. I had to continuously call and follow up. If an item isn't in stock, why would you have it on your website? Their customer service is dismal, all they can do is say sorry etc. After 8 weeks i have cancelled my second order. I will never purchase from this company again.
