Been contacting for 2weeks and not being sorted.
I have contacting in the complaint email and not having reply.
The crazy smart meter charged me 3000pounds in just 3days!?? could you please refund my money and sort out the 'smart' meter ??

In hoesty i have had the worst experience with this company but having just dealt with Qyaam Clark, he was very helpful and if all he said is correct, ill be happy at last. After months of emails and phone calls to TE regarding arrears and having no explanation we decided to make a formal complaint. The following day we received a call from Laura Monsellato, Customer Complaints, who very pleasantly and diligently regularly called and emailed us until finally everything was clarified. We had a problem with our gas supply. TE kept treating it as a National Grid problem when it was on their side of the meter. In the end Christine Mupotsa got a gas engineer involved and the issue was fixed.
