Fantastic! Ellie was really helpful when I asked for a trial of some frames. It was such a difficult choice because they were all so nice! Much cheaper than most places and the whole process was really simple and pleasant. I get so many compliments on my glasses. Would highly recommend!

A very positive experience with tortoise and black.
Although I did not buy any sunglasses from tortoise and black in the end, I cannot fault my experience with them.
I had ordered the sun glasses online but they were not available so one of the team phoned me and emailed me about my options. She was genuinely pleasant and very helpful.
I will definitely buy my next pair of sunglasses from them.
