I crashed the scooter a couple of times.I ride aggressively. Like Bo and Luke Duke. Excellent customer service. Was able the receive replacement parts for the scooter. The company works well with you. Peter. 👍

I've had my F15 since November 21st. And I have had a blast every day. I have bike paths and off-road trails near me. And I can say that The full suspension works very well on the rough terrain. And when you happen to catch a little air it cushions the landing. I can't believe how fast this thing is. It picks up speed very quickly and the torqe is amazing. Hold on for a very peppy and Exhilarating ride.I would buy again, it's worth every penny!

Customer service was extremely helpful when I started experiencing a problem with my scooter. They were also very quick to respond despite the time difference. They are covering my issue under warranty. I highly recommend TopRiding as a great company.

Love how easy it is to assemble and love the riding experience. Tools provided for assembly and everything easy to understand and use.

It came quickly had extra tools and brake pads I wish it had hand warmers and I could switch just the headlights on not have to use the leds and headlights. Goes like snot. More tire options would be nice. But good value for money overall

Quick shipping time, unboxed it & been riding it every since, got over 265 miles on it, I'm clearing land for home & it on site often & handles the terrain awesome, it's quick & fun at the local all terrain ride park, I love it & highly recommended it !!!

I am still struggling to find the seat installation instruction. The scooter is great though! I just have a long commute and it would be nice to sit down every once in awhile.

Ordered a new Seat, Fender, Taillight & Kick Stand. Great quality on all parts.. Some time on shipping because of customs but they kept me informed with Tracking!!!

FYI Top Riding, Put a link to the fender brackets so can be purchased at same time with fender or include in.

First off the delivery took 10 days not 3-7 like they claim. Second I started to have problems with the front brakes not even a week into owning it. Third I only got it to its actual top speed of 47 one time. Since that day it doesn’t go above 38 unless I am going down hill. I am 250lbs which is much lighter than the 330lbs it is rated for. When I reached out to customer service about it they tried to say that I was the cause of the problem and I must be holding the brake while I am riding and that’s why it won’t go past 38. I will say the over all look/aesthetic of the scooter is very cool. The lighting it has is great as well. It’s a $1000.00 scooter which is way to much money to be having these type of problems that early on. I unfortunately can’t recommend this scooter 😔
