Sorry

Sorry. You were supposed to cut off my electrical, and you did not do it.You were supposed to cut of my utility service and you didn't do it. I went by 3 weeks later, no service there but, I receive another bill. The next week. That was due in a week. There was no electric coming into the house. But the bill says it's on , and I call 2 months earlier to cut it off on the service date. NOT CUT OFF..I had to pay an extra bill to you.And I had to pay an extra bill to my service utility provider lubbock, utilities. company over eighty bucks. I won't be using you again.I will just use a compressor at my rent property.Thank you for nothing. It's like being slammed! Called , talk to representative manager.I didn't have time to deal with you. But explain the problem to a supervisor . Which said that they would take care of it , and they did not. You still took the payment out of a direct pay. YOU SAID YOU COULDN'T GIVE ME A CONFIRMATION NUMBER.And utility company said," U could not cut the utilities off .I had to call them." I used u to save me money and you wound up costing me more than just using a higher better company I A TWO YEAR CONTRACT. AND PAY , THE PENALTY WOULD HAVE BEEN CHEAPER. SORRY BUT YOU SUCK.

The electricity was not turned on on…

The electricity was not turned on on the date agreed in your notice. My family and I arrived to a house completely in the dark. There is no after hours help that could resolve it.

Hi Simon, we're truly sorry your family arrived to a dark home- that's never acceptable, and we understand how upsetting that must have been.

There was an internal processing delay on our end, and while Roland our Team Lead reached out to address the situation, we know that doesn't undo the experience. We're working to make sure it doesn't happen again.

We do want to note for transparency: when switching providers in Texas, a switch keeps your existing service active until we take over. A move-out with your previous provider creates a gap before new service begins. Choosing the switch option would have prevented the interruption, and we're committed to making sure our customers are fully informed of that distinction going forward.
