The best keep cup I've experienced across the US & UK
For full disclosure, we sell these cups in our coffeehouse but this is my own independent review. No one asked me to write this.
I'm not sure where these negative reviews are coming from but I can appreciate some rare issues given it's a new product. That said I'm utterly impressed by Topl. So much so that, as I said, I trust the product enough to sell to my customers whom have also shared the same love of the product.
The aesthetic is flawless. It's just beautiful. It feels great and secure in your hands. The lid feels natural as you sip from it. I have had issues with leaks but that was my fault as I screwed on the lid incorrectly.
This is clearly not a product for everyone given the cost of entry. But if you value your coffee or tea ritual, then this is an excellent product to enhance it further. I look forward to future enhancements of Topl and have already recycled all other keep cups in my possession.
For what it's worth, I find the 8oz cup to be the perfect size for Flat Whites, Capps, and Lattes. It may be a bit small for tea but of course there are larger sizes available.
Great job to Topl for thinking outside the box and introducing something new to the marketplace. I look forwards to further enhancements to an already outstanding product!

By far the worst cup I've ever used. Got sold this by some chancer at Yesss Electrical and I felt sorry for him. It doesn't keep anything hot for longer than 2 hours. It does spill and did do after 2 weeks of use. It's useless, pretty much like the company I got it from. Bunch of chancers the lot of you.

The cup is not a thermal by any means, although most of our customers are quite happy with the additional function of keeping their drinks hot for up to 3 ours. Of course this is dependent on many other factors, i.e. how long you keep the disc open for, etc. However, the cup should not be leaking and we would love to sort of out for you! Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that you are having insulation problems. I wonder if the seal is malfunctioning. I took mine out yesterday with piping hot chamomile tea and had exactly the opposite problem. I couldnt drink it for a good couple of hours because it was that hot. Best Keep-cip!
Great keep cup. Love the colour & finish- feels great to hold. It has metal lining so keeps the coffee warm but still super light to carry.
Being no-spill means it travels well too & I’ve since given it as presents and everyone LOVES IT!

BRILLIANT Coffee Cup!! Fixed all common problems with other cups.
This is a brilliant product. Best reusable coffee cup I've EVER seen.
They basically fixed everything what was wrong with other cups, and then some.
The material all feels really high quality as well, and the mechanism to drink from (and to stop it from spilling when falling over) is so clever.
I wouldn't be surprised if this brand becomes a market leader in reusable cups soon.

Really disappointed by this one as I loved the idea and thought the design was beautiful. I loved it for the first week of use, but I quickly realised how fiddly and inconvenient it is. The lid jams on me almost every single time, which means I have to wrestle with it with both hands repeatedly to get it to open and then I end up drinking out of it without the lid on - rendering it useless - and the splashback issue which someone else mentioned is a real pain. (Note: I have yet to use this cup with hot drinks. I've only been using it for my iced coffee, so I dread to think what it's going to be like once I had hot steam to the mix. I certainly don't want hot liquid splashing into my face every single time I want to drink from it; it was unpleasant enough when it was cold coffee.) The Spill Safe technology sounds amazing until you realise that every time your mug is shaken or jostled a little bit, the lid shuts, making it impossible to use if you are a commuter on a busy bus/train/tube.

I am really sorry to hear about your experience with the lid. It sounds like the TOPLCUP has caused you a lot of inconveniences on your commute. We are always here to help you to solve the issue.
We all love a good iced coffee, especially during summer times. The cup, however, is not yet ready to handle ice or any solid forms in the cup. This is because when the ice hits the lid, it engages the SpillSafe tech as it makes the lid think that there has been an accident and the liquid is about to spill. We are working on solutions to solve this problem. In the meantime, if you can, put less ice in or even filter the ice out for your cold beverages.

Not perfect but pretty bloody good!
Love the colour more than how it looked online, feels really durable, and keeps drinks hot/cold for a long time. It's well engineered. The only slight thing I'm not a fan of is when drinking and popping the lid to drink, you get a bit of splashback. I'm not a fan of 360 drink lids either but this is honestly the best travel cup I've bought!

In regarding to the splashback, I would suggest to let your hot drink to cool down for a few minutes before shutting the lid to prevent pressure build up within the cup. Also, the SpillSafe mechanism can be triggered by strong motion, the gentler you tip the cup to sip, the less likely the mechanism would be triggered.
