Ordered a jacket and power bank received jacket but no power bank received an email back from them weeks later saying customer service will be in touch no response whatsoever as this was a birthday present had to buy another power bank from somewhere else total disgrace bunch of crooks.

I ordered a fogging machine and paid for it then was told that I did not have a valid address so that they could not deliver so I asked for my money back only to be told that it was on its way it did arrive but I still said that after waiting so long and them messing me about that I wanted to return it and after 10 weeks of e-mails going back an forward and them asking for this and that they gust stopped replying to my emails no customer service they just want your money also Ihad paid postage and then got an invoice from Fedex for £35.00 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JUSY A CON.

I have returned the air conditioner (never opened) by recorded delivery but never refunded my money back to PayPal account.
So they took my money plus the good. They also stopped writing to me.
This company discouraged me from buying online.
I gave 1 star because there is nothing below that.

I purchased a fogger machine in July. I never received it. Currently placed a dispute with my bank to get a refund as topdealhunter never replied to my emails.

DO NOT buy from this website.
It is overpriced for a rubbish quality.
I bought two large water/air balloons for my son’s Birthday, with FAKE reviews obviously, and one of them was already pierced. There is no any customer service that are willing to help and it is a complete waste of time. I will check every single seller from now on. Very disappointing

Charged £30 by Fedex for shipping even though the order did NOT state we would be charged. The delivery said £3.99 which was part of the order. Would not EVER us this company again :-(

TERRIBLE - My ULV fogger blew up on first use leaving electrical smoke and smell everywhere! The company refused to replace or refund me and even fought a paypal dispute to the end. AVOID!

I purchased a fogger. This leaked. The dealer was very slow to respond. After messaging through Paypal, they did respond and asked me to send photos of the leak. In fairness, I could not be bothered to unpack and fill it with liquid to send them photos of the leak (which they asked for after a lot of delays) so I offered to return the machine at my expense as it was within the return window of 30 days. They kept asking me for the photos and packaging which I did provide on numerous occasions. Now they would not provide the return address - which after complaining to Paypal they did except that it was Morocco! It cost me £85 to return the machine. Unfortunately, they are not cooperating with Parcel Monkey (PM- the couriers) for the last 8 weeks to get the parcel delivered to them. I have given them and Paypal the tracking number and uploaded all documents including the custom declaration on the PM and Paypal websites. The company which is called TopdealHunter also seems to be called Cristalsourire and the payment from Amex was received by Louisparis. I do not understand the connection between them. They are not providing a local telephone number which PM need. The sellers obviously know every trick in the book so Paypal ruled it against me as the parcel has not reached them. There is no human being at Paypal for me to explain that if the sellers do not cooperate to receive the parcel from the couriers in Morocco, I am helpless! Paypal need to get their act together and recognise this scam. I see others have had similar problem. I have now complained to my bank.
Beware of these scammers. It is interesting that somehow they do not have google reviews? Clearly, they know how to avoid this?

Worst service and products ever. I ordered a baby carrier, it came late and defected, i emailed them more than 10 times and no one replied. They’re unprofessional and thieves, don’t buy from them.

Refused to deal with goods that were faulty and not fit for purpose. Have made no effort to resolve or refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a fogging machine which eventually got delivered after 10 weeks. We had to pay import duty which we wasnt aware of, and when we opened parcel the machine is fitted with a european moulded 2 pin plug which is not fit for the UK market. Probabaly the worst company for customer service and defiantly wouldnt use them again.

Sold faulty dangerous non functioning electrical goods from China. Don’t respond to emails. Next step will be legal action

Left us to pay their import duty to fedex, no info on their website that I could find, ordered from them as they were cheapest turned out to cost me £26.00 due to their con.

Ordered 2 fogging machines with free shipping. One did not work on arrival, the other broke 2 days later. Customer service try every excuse, then ignore you. We then received fed ex invoice for shipping. Purchased through paypal luckily, but have had to send them back to Morroco as instructed by them at further cost. Currently they are struck in customs. So far I am a further £160.00 out of pocket and still don't have my money back, three months later. Appalling company. Trading standards should invistigate.

Avoid this company at all costs, tried to return faulty good and they just ignore my emails. You can't get to speak to anyone on their phone line they're a disgrace.

AVOID!!!! They ignore your emails and don't want to give refunds!! I've passed it onto my bank to deal with as a dispute!!

Ordered canopy material over 4 weeks ago, delivered after an email sent to ask when it would be delivered.
Got the delivery but sent the incorrect size, when they finally answered my emails they asked if I could take a photograph of the item in the original bag, .. which I did, no reply!

Then I received an email saying that I did order the size they sent.

I copied my original invoice with the size I ordered as proof.... until now still no reply, I have asked for a refund, and guess what!!! Still no reply!!!

Really poor communications. Late delivery, comes from China and not well advertised. Ordered some demascus knives from them which took 30 days to arrive, didn't realise they were coming from China. The tracker was not updated at all and too deal hunters wouldn't respond to emails. Knives are poor quality for the price and have a demascus pattern laser etched into them. Poorly advertised.
