Yeah they are scammers. I disputed the charge with my bank because I never received the merchandise and I lost the dispute. How can my bank let this happen?

BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ON HERE!!!!Just like other reviewers, we placed an order and 10days later NO merchandise! How do they let scammers continue to be have an online store. Reporting their site to the Federal Trade commission and to my bank!

Ordered two blades which could be mounted on weed eaters for cutting brush. Cost $68! Never received order or refund!! After continued efforts to do so!! Recently site and all info of order has been removed! SCAM!! BEWARE

They don't even deserve ONE STAR!
This co has my money but sent the wrong size jacket. I sent it back. They never sent me the correct size! They are thieves. Worse co ever!!! Do not trust them!

Well, they have charged my account twice for $76.++. I want my money back. Order was cancelled, but they certainly have taken my money!! :( Never again!! Can anyone help me get in contact with them? I most definitely will report them to BBB AND the Attorney General.

Do NOT order from this site! Never received my item and am still trying to get my refund months later. There is no customer service number or person to speak to, only their email. I am going to report them to the BBB.

I only gave this a start so I can write a review.. it gets 0 stars.. it’s a scam.!! Ordered something from here and a little before I was suppose to receive my order it was cancelled , because they where “out of stock” but when I ordered it they where not out of stock.!!! They “refunded” me my money and still haven’t received anything.. I want my $42.45 back. It’s almost been a month and no refund yet... SCAM I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE.! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.!! I AM VERY ANGRY SPECIALLY IN THIS TIME WITH NO JOB.!! And to top it off their spelling is not professional like any other website.

This order was cancelled on April 18, 2020. You billed anyway on April 20, 2020. You claimed that you had not submitted card payment. You Lied. I have notified my bank that your company is a fraud and card payment to be reversed.

Mantadrop gives a physical address of 18601 highways 99 ste #230. Since I never heard or was able to communicate with Mantadrop I researched the physical address and found a different business as a marijuana institute. I called the number and the guy acted”stupid”. I got American Express involved and they did NOTHING but told me to wait until pending charges clears. If you read any other complaints on this thread then you will see that’s exactly what the scam artist does, he leaves the charges pending and then he makes concrete purchases on Amazon using the card number information that was given to his supposed legitimate site. I have done so much to try to convey this to American Express but it is like talking to a wall. I apologize for all of you of whom have tried to get help to catch this guy or to suffer the same charges and experiences I have had. I am going to make a police report against this man and have it filed so it may be that he could be charged for fraud.

There would be no stars if this were possible. Do not order from this company. I ordered something yesterday and attempted to immediately cancel the order as this company appears suspicious. We were not able to immediately cancel it. I called today and they sent me a text to cancel order. No ability to speak with someone and they said if one cancels after 24 hours there will be a fee to cancel which I am not going to pay. I alerted my credit card company . So frustrating. We did not do our usual checking a place out before ordering and this is what happened. That mistake will not happen again.

They offered a very good price for a hard to get item. I charged it, they acknowledged by email, then the next day emailed that they could not deliver that item but offered a different item and gave me option to refuse the replacement, which I did. They quickly refunded my credit card payment. A week later 3 fraudulent charges appeared on the card, which I have had for several years with no fraud.

BEWARE!!!! This company is at best the very “WORST”!! Ordered a product and sent something different. Have tried several times to reach them with no response. If you want to throw your money away, order from this company. I am reporting them to our State Attorney General fire investigation. It’s a shame that people like this take advantage of customers during this time of need.

Same as others have posted. Charged my card and a few days later said there was an issue with my order and will be refunding my card. I checked to see if my money was returned and a sneaky $21 charge from amazon was on my recent purchases that I did not make. Stay far away from Mantadrop!

Company is a scam. They never shipped the order. I tried calling - they don’t accept calls, only messages through their servers. Put in a dispute through AMEX and once they were notified, not only did they immediately change shipping status from pending, but all of a sudden, it had a tracking number and was marked delivered. All in the course of 15 minutes. Tracking number was fake. AMEX refunded my money.

BUT THERE’S MORE!! They then charged my card and masked the charge as an Amazon purchase. However, the address and phone number didn’t match Amazon’s address or number, and when I called, it was Mantadrop’s number. Then I called Amazon and they had no records for the charge number. SO - it’s totally a scam. AMEX cancelled my card immediately and reversed the charges.

BE CAREFUL AND ASK YOUR CARD COMPANY TO ISSUE A NEW CARD WITH AN ENTIRELY NEW NUMBER!!

scammer company. Takes your credit card info and never ships merchandise. They state my package had a "quality issue and could not be shipped so my order was being cancelled". Then I see two more charges on my credit card from them (but disguised as Amazon name).. STEER CLEAR!!!!

Scam company. Buyer beware ! They will list sham products on their site only to lure customers into purchasing and getting their credit card info. Then they will cancel the order citing some random bs reason like "inventory was not updated, item out of stock, quality issue" etc. Once they get your credit card info, they will then sell it or start unauthorized purchases with it. Stay away from this elaborate scam.

They allowed me to place and pay for an order for Lysol during the COVID-19 pandemic, sent me a confirmation, and then canceled the order a couple of hours later. I will have to watch to see if my payment is refunded to my card.

They are listing Lysol sprays for astronomical prices. I was unable to find another option on their site for a reasonable price. They are price gouging at a time when people are trying to do the best they can to stay healthy and safe.

i placed an order. they sent me confirmation and then shipping information.
the next day they cancelled my order and relisted the item for DOUBLE the price i paid.
they do not have a customer service dept. it is a BIG joke!!

Took my credit card info even though they had NONE of my items in stock. So they immediately cancelled my order. Now they have my payment for 3-5 business days when the order should never have been processed. Rip-off - stay away. And they are STILL showing that quantities and various sizes of the hand sanitizer I was looking for (elyptol) are still available for shipment.

Scam, they canceled my order and then charged twice.
All google reviewers w/only 1 review in their history. Address also fake only a little office. Don't waste time after purchase you'll have to call your bank to open a case, and get a new crecit card.
