Une catastrophe
J'ai récèmment payer plus de 100 euros pour un CV et une lettre de motivation. Je n'ai jamais reçu un CV aussi peu présentable, et une lettre de motivation aussi peu professionnel.
Vous ne travaillez pas du tout avec des experts mais avec des personnes qui ne savent même pas comment aligner des informations sur un CV.
On vous dit ATS compatible, je comprends car on met juste tous les mots qui vont dans un ATS, à éviter clairement.

More than 2 months ago, I have bought "career evaluation" package from them. Despite it is indicated as " 60-day interview guarantee", I have not attended any single interviews since. On top of that, they assigned me a some sort of subscription costs 19 pounds without my consent. This site is a pure SCAM. Do not give a single penny to them

Horrible description of subscriptions
I bought a 7-day trial period. Turns out it was automatically extended to month subscription, costing me 200€ before noticing! I only used the service 2-3 days during the 7-day trial.

Amounts taken of Credit card
They did a CV for my husband, they guarantee you within 60 days an interview. Which did not happened, for a reason unknown as he has not received any feedback. The other issue is the monthly amount they are taking off my credit card. We have sent several emails and have not had the courtesy of a reply. If any of the Senior Managers are seeing please reply to our email. We have no proof of anything that has been done
