Letztendlich wurde der von mir eingereichte tabellarische Lebenslauf nur in einen Lebenslauf in fließender Textform umgewandelt.
Auf Änderungswünsche wurde kaum eingegangen. Versprechungen wurden nicht gehalten - Herauskehrung von Erfolgen und Stärken, Bearbeitung des XING Profils. Für das LinkedIn Profil wurde ein Text erstellt - eine Überarbeitung des Profils stelle ich mir anders vor.
Die Kommunikation war sehr minimalistisch, dementsprechend unbefriedigend der Output.
Dazu passend wurde versprochen das Lebenslauf und Profile solange bearbeitet werden, bis ich zufrieden bin. Nach zwei Versionen muss die KI wohl für sich beschlossen haben, dass ich nun zufrieden wäre und den Auftrag als beendet erklärt…🤔😳
Fazit - Hände weg. Value for Money gegen Null gehend.

Je suis très déçu par le service que j'ai reçu de Top CV. Le travail effectué ne correspondait pas du tout à mes attentes et je n'ai pas trouvé la qualité escomptée. De plus, j'ai rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir un remboursement, malgré le délai de rétractation. J'ai l'impression d'avoir été arnaqué de 149 euros. Je ne recommande pas ce service.

Man kommt über Monster auf das Angebot einer CV- Analyse, die man kostenfrei gerne annimmt. Einen Tag später bekomme ich die Analyse von einer Susanne, wo ich gleich dachte: „Susanne ist KI“. Es fehlte die Anrede „Sehr geehrter Müller“. Ok kann passieren. Aber dann fand ich in der Analyse haarsträubende Rechtschreib- und Satzstellungsfehler und an jeder Ecke den Hinweis auf die kostenpflichtigen Angebote. Ich schrieb also an Susanne vor zwei Tagen, dass ich mehr persönlichen Input brauche und habe bislang keine Antwort. Dafür erhalte ich jetzt 3x täglich genau die gleiche Mail wie von Susanne, nur diesmal eben von Maria, Peter und/oder wer weiß wem. Alles KI, nix persönlich, Finger weg!!

Absolutely abysmal and tantamount to…
Absolutely abysmal and tantamount to fraud. There is undisclosed use of AI throughout the entire service, from the review to the "CV writing", it is entirely AI done with absolutely bare minimal, nominal human interaction.
Do not waste your money, this is absolutely appalling service. I submitted my CV and what did I receive in return? They changed the colour to blue and replaced my skill section with "Core Competencies", a word salad of synonyms, buzzwords that they specifically advised against in their "review"!
It's clear, they use an AI to "read and review" your CV, then use resume.io (another AI platform) to "design and build" your CV. This company is effectively committing mass fraud and misrepresenting their services and underplaying their use of AI in lieu of actual Human output.

10/10 on CV and Linkedin Profile
I was very surprised how quickly my new C, V, was done. I was amazed at the outcome. Far better than I expected that added so much weight to it.
Better format, better wording, better style.
Likewise, I asked if they would kindly rewrite my profile on Linkedin which again was so much better than I could have ever thought of doing.
Please if you are getting a block on getting an interview. Approach these people to have your Curriculum Vitae and Profiles updated.
