Since your order was placed over the weekend, production started on Monday. As stated on our product page, crafting a high-quality print takes 1-3 business days before it ships. Once handed to DHL, the package was indeed delivered within 2 business days. We appreciate your patience and hope you enjoy your art!

TopNotch service and quality
This is my second digital print from TopArtPrint, both digital canvases prints of tradtional oil paintings. In both cases, the prints were very accurate compared to the originals, and I intend to go to a local framer and frame them as if they were originals (I wanted to do that step "in person". But given the quality of the prints, I am very optimistic that when framed they will offer an experience nearly comparable to owning these great masterpieces, which is obviously not feasible. I collect original oils as well, so I believe I can say this from experience. But of course the greatest art masterpieces are often in museums or accessible only to very wealthy collectors. So I decided to look into the idea of purchasing digital canvas prints of two of my favorite masterpieces. I engaged two other vendors besides TopArtPrint to see the variation in quality, and TopArtPrint is by far the winner. Moreover, communication from and to TopArtPrint has been excellent. In fact, the second masterpiece was not one in their catalogue, and I sent them an online message. They promptly added this masterpiece to their catalogue, accessing a high quality digital file in swift response to my request.

TopArtPrint Lives Up to Its Name
I was initially disappointed that the option to select an oil reproduction of the desired piece was not currently available. My disappointment, however, was mitigated by the phenomenal giclée print I recently received. Everything about the experience was really simple and smooth: the ease of choosing a precise size of print, the speed and communication of shipping, and ultimately the phenomenal product (which is superior to other prints I own in terms of quality, colour saturation, and detail). When and if the chance to obtain an oil reproduction from Mihail and team ever presents itself, I would think the experience would be perhaps on even another level, but for now I can say I am more than pleased with the print.
