Used the shoe about ten times and the binding came apart. Company got back really fast and sent me a video on how to repair. Unfortunately the video was of the wrong bunding and trying to pry it out it broke and now the company is unresponsive. I did like the fit and but buyer beware. I see no solution from them so just bought a new pair. You get what you pay for. Old man relearning a life lesson

This company is a fraud. I ordered shoes back in early May and the shoes were way too narrow. There return policy stated a full refund within 30 days. I contacted the company and they told me to keep the shoes and they would give me 50% off another purchase. That made no sense to me since I didn't like the first pair I got. I refused then they offered 30% off, by then my suspicions were up. I shipped the shoes back that costs me $30ut of my pocket and was told I would receive a full refund. It is now 21/2 months later and I keep getting the runaround. Do not buy from this company they are crooks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have tried to contact them on 5 separate occasions. No response. Shoes were way to small and now I cannot return them as they will not provide me with the information to send back and make right. I am appalled at the lack of support.

Absolute crap! I contacted them before I even placed an order to confirm sizing, where their product ships from (they claimed it would come from their U.S. warehouse in CA, USA, but then surprise suprise it shipped from mainland China), and return policy. Similar story to others on there - ordered accurate size based on their own sizing chart, but what I ultimately received (after weeks of shipping time) was way too small, then endless delays trying to run the clock out on my dispute period with the credit card company with useless offers to give me a discount on another purchase instead of refund, then trying to coerce me into shipping them back to China (which would have been ludicrously expensive). I finally held a gun to their head with threats to dispute with the payment processors and forced them to accept a return to a Chinese shell company in Ontario, CA. Absolute shit product and service - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The fact that they completely sanitize any negative comments from their social media accounts is the first clue, which I blithely ignored.

They seny the wrong size then they wouldn't honor their published refund or return policy.

Beware if the shoes don't fit it's difficult to get your money back. 24/7 customer service means they'll respond once a day somewhere between 12AM and 5AM. They offered me a credit to keep but still haven't seen claiming an error but should have in 10 business days. Given it's already been 2 weeks from initial request, I'm doubtful this will happen.

Negative stars if I could. Received two pair of shoes that did not fit. Requested a return/ refund. Instead they offered 50% discount on another item and then a 30% refund. Had to dispute the credit cart charge, file a fraud complaint with Shopify, and submit a complaint through the BBB.

Ordered bike shoes, arrived quickly but the size was too small. I requested an exchange for a different size but was only offered a 50% discount on another pair. I did not want a second pair, just an exchange for the correct size. Their response was a now a 30% refund. Again, I asked for a 100% refund and I would return the shoes at my expense. Their response was now a 20% refund.
This is a bait and switch company and I would stay away!

Don't buy! Poor fit and poor service on returns. I did not get a full return price and they didn't even want the shoes back, never worn. Beware!

If I could choose a negative star count, I'd give them a -5! Like others, I fell for the slick website and promises of "Not satisfied? Get a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked." Then there's the 24/7 customer service claim... it's more like you'll get an AI-written email in 24 hours, if you're lucky! Next are the shoes: They're SOOO small! I followed their sizing chart, but the EU 42 had my toes jammed into the toe box. Even if I'd followed the prompt to order a size larger, they wouldn't have worked. I would have needed an EU 44. I'm declining their offers of 50% and 30% off a new pair (and keeping the small ones) and requesting a full refund as promised. What a pain!!!

Despite their claim of easy returns, guarantees, etc, I asked to return shoes that didnt fit. I unwrapped one, tried it on indoors, and it didnt work. They offered me 50% off a new size. When I asked again to return, they said “As our final offer, we would be happy to provide a 60% refund with no return required. This is the most convenient option, as return shipping would likely cost more than the value of the item”.

The company has a slick American website and facebook and instagram ads. I sadly fell for it and ordered cycling shoes from them. After waiting 18 days to receive (I later realized the company is a front for a Chinese seller), the shoes arrived defective and unusable. Further, the overall quality and construction is very poor. They advertise on their website - "30-Day Money Back Not satisfied? Get a full refund within 30 days, no questions asked." I have now contacted them in writing 3 times to honor their money back guarantee, to no avial. Beware of this poor quality, dishonest seller.

This company will not refund your purchase price. Shoes are wrong sizes and don't fit. Company offers discounts on additional shoes, but will not refund original purchase. Don't do business with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were significantly undersized and did not match the stated size. I requested a standard return and refund, but the company repeatedly delayed the process, asked for unnecessary information (including photos of my feet), and ultimately refused to provide return instructions.

Instead, they offered partial refunds or store credit rather than honoring a proper return.

The product was unused and in original packaging. Based on this experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution, particularly if a return may be required.
