Given a guide of 4-6 weeks timeline for order booked in April.
Boots arrived end of week 12, missing the start of my pre season and actual season itself. One of the main reasons why I ordered in April was to ensure they would be there.
Constant chasing, lack of any substance to updates and quite frankly the updates were just a way of trying to delay to reality that the boots weren’t ready.

Last straw was seeing a social media post of the same pair of boots shipped to a customer, who advised me they had only waited 10 weeks.
A service I will never use again.
Good boots let down by horrendous customer service
First things first the boots are very good and completely satisfactory.
The experience in every other aspect was terrible. I bought these knowing full well they would take between 5-7 weeks and was happy to wait, nearing completion of the 7th week i emailed asking if they were due anytime and then had to send a second email as had no reply. The boots ended up taking over 10 weeks and emails were either ignored or took 2-4 days to be answered. I eventually asked for a refund and the boots were dispatched. Absolutely horrendous customer service on every level. Hopefully i’m the exception to a happy customer base but i won’t be purchasing again.
Avoid at all costs
Purchased some boots ready for the new season appreciating the customs will take longer to process than a standard boot. Was advised current lead time for getting boots out would be 6-8 weeks, we’re now nearly at 12 weeks with no contact from sellers advising when boots will be sent out. Avoid at all costs and stick to companies you know and avoid disappointment using these. Had to make a paypal claim against them due to no updates or any effort made by toots boots to rectify the situation.
Took over 10 weeks
Took over 10 weeks. Lack of communication and took me starting a dispute to get a tracking number. But the tracking didn’t go anywhere for over a week. Product when arrived was good though.

I still have no received the boots after 10 weeks. They advertised 3-5 weeks at the point of sale. I have tried to contact TootsBoots several times. The first time, after 7 weeks, they said they would be dispatched the following week. Still nothing now another 3 weeks later and now refusing to reply to any messages. AVOID TOOTSBOOTS. SCAM
Item of good quality - awful customer service and so late in delivering
Item is of good quality so no issues there. Communication was awful during the process in which the item ended up being 4 weeks late. Would have to email several times or contact them on social media (don't like doing this) before any response. Was told that a good will gift would be given as an apology only to find an energy gel was provided. Beyond laughable really.

It has now been over 8 weeks since I ordered them with no explaination of why it is taking so long.
I received an email last week advising me that I will receive them this week and they have still not arrived.
Absolutely shocking service and zero communication unless I contacted them first.

Still waiting on my boots. I ordered them 8 weeks ago. Terrible communication from the company and have continually made up excuses about why they haven’t arrived yet. Do not use this company!!!!

Shocking service
Ordered boots in January , order literally just received. Lack of communication, customer service , and to make the poor service even worse ,Royal mail held the boots back advising the sender hadn't paid the correct postage fee, I had to pay an additional £3.99 to be allowed to pick up the boots from Royal mail as sender didn't pay it properly. I sent across recipes and an email and the company clearly said they won't be paying it and it's down to me to resolve.
Worst company I have ever made a purchase from and felt like a slap in the face not caring about the fact they had underpaid the postage and couldn't care less about refunding me the additional fee I had to pay based of what they had done.

Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service, if the boots are going to take 9-10 weeks then do not specify 2-3 weeks when ordering. I do completely understand a family run business aspect of this but using an excuse of a broken hand when when it seems by reading other reviews that this has been the same for 6 months isn’t quite good enough. Never gets back to email unless you threaten to want a refund which the base of the email was ignore and a dispatch confirmation was sent instead isn’t really good enough either.
Right rant over, the boots are really well doneand over the moon with the product but the admin really does need to be sorted and won’t order from here again because of this factor.
