I have been using Toolzen for around 4 months, but unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing.

At the beginning, the service seemed useful, but recently I have faced several problems. For example, the Ahrefs tool often provides only 3–4 clicks, even though the service claims around 50 clicks. ChatGPT frequently does not work at all, and many other tools also have technical issues or simply don't work properly.

What is more disappointing is the poor response and attitude toward these problems. As a paying customer, I expected a much more reliable service and better support.

This review is based on my own 4-month experience. I am genuinely unhappy with the current service quality.

My advice: don't waste your money until these issues are properly fixed.

They provide exact services as promised, I have been using them for a year now. the only issue is that the speed is very very slow, you need around 30 second to check a domain on SM for e.g. while it should take 5 seconds.

I had a very disappointing experience with Toolzen. Most of the tools on their platform simply don’t work as promised. The customer service is absolutely pathetic – slow responses, no resolutions, and a complete lack of professionalism.

What’s worse is their misleading business practice. They claim you get access to a wide range of tools, but after purchasing, they suddenly inform you that many tools are not included in your plan and must be purchased separately. Every time, they find a new way to misguide and upsell.

This feels like a scam. I strongly advise others not to waste their money on Toolzen. Save yourself the frustration and look for more transparent and reliable alternatives.

They gave me access to some of their tools but when I paid for Ahrefs they gave me only lite version although they claimed that it is standard.
Also, I cannot log in since they have 2 factor authentication enabled and every time I need them to confirm log in on their phone.
When I ask for refund, they declined.
I will modify this review when I get my service or my money back.

A total scam - I have been asked to be verified on whatsapp, on facebook, they asked sensitive information so I can get verified. I provided all the information they requested but they stopped replying. It was never mentioned before payment that I have to verify myself. I will modify this review when I get access for what I paid! If I don’t it means they scammed me!
