Powerful, Easy to Use, and Getting Better Every Month
I've tested quite a few SEO platforms over the years, and RankScore has been one of the more pleasant surprises. However, I haven't seen one that offers metrics, info and visualizations quite like they do though - and certainly not at this price point.
What stands out immediately is how approachable everything feels. The dashboard is clean, intuitive, and does a great job presenting important data without overwhelming you. Site Health, Backlink Analysis, Keyword Discovery, Keyword Rankings, Topic Clusters, content planning, and reporting are all organized in a way that makes it easy to understand what's happening and, more importantly, what to do next.
I also appreciate that the platform seems focused on execution rather than simply throwing data at you. The AI assistant helps fill in knowledge gaps, provides guidance, and can even assist with creating SEO and AEO-focused content. I haven't fully explored the content generation features yet, but it's encouraging to see them built directly into the workflow.
Is it perfect? No, not yet, but they're working hard. I can tell. Since signing up for the single site plan 3 weeks ago, they've added a LOT more features. I logged in a couple of days ago and was pleasantly surprised, and that brings me to my next point ... the pace of development.
New features seem to be appearing regularly, which gives me confidence that the team is actively investing in and improving the platform rather than letting it stagnate. When I made the initial purchase, I asked about some missing features - by the end of the week, they were added (sure, they'd probably been working on them previously, and I just happened to luck out). Didn't use it for a few weeks, logged back in, and wow, what's all this other cool stuff? ... that was my reaction.
It's also refreshing to see Sam, one of the co-founders, actively engaging with users in Facebook groups, comments, and advertisements. In a world where so many companies hide behind automated responses and support tickets, seeing a founder visibly involved with the community is reassuring. Unless it's a bot... in which case it's the most convincing founder-bot I've encountered so far.
If I had one suggestion, it would be to add more walk-through videos and educational content. The interface itself is easy to navigate, but newer SEO users would benefit from deeper explanations of what some of the metrics mean and how to use them strategically.
Overall, RankScore strikes an excellent balance between power and usability. It's one of the few SEO tools I've used that feels equally useful for experienced marketers and people who are still learning the ropes.
