I’m so impressed with this Company. I placed an ordered on Monday (22nd of December) and despite the guaranteed delivery for Christmas being the 17th of December the other arrived incredible quick and much sooner than expected on the 24th of December. I honestly didn’t expect to receive the order before Christmas so I was delighted as it was a Christmas present. The delivery has exceeded my expectations, and the order was perfect and packaged securely. So impressed with this Company & will absolutely be ordering again in the future.

Unbelievable customer service. The lads went above and beyond to help me, especially on their social media app. Always top class products, fast reliable delivery and great for a deals.

Purchased a robotic lawnmower online Black Friday Sales. Received an email to say item out of stock and order cancelled and money would be refunded in 3- 4 working days on the Tuesday. Waited and no refund. Contacted company and told money was rebated and delay with bank and sent on an invoice to prove rebate on their end. Contacted my bank and they said no way delay on their end. I also find it hard to believe as I do chargebacks myself and the process is pretty straightforward and instant. I felt I was given the run-around and eventually had to open a chargeback case with bank and refunded money. Shouldn't have to go through so much hassle to get your money back.

Stay clear of this company!! Awful customer service.. purchased a drill and it was faulty and haven’t been refunded for the drill. Tried to say it was my responsibility to sort it with Milwaukee! Won’t respond to emails!!

Bought a pair of hard yakka boots , wore for a day my legs were hurting for a week after , contacted toolfix they didn't want to know , when I kept contacting them they generated a fake mail from the supplier as I contacted them myself they were helpful at the start then no good from them either, this is my first ever review, but my genuine advice avoid both like the plague

Placed an order for Tec 7 gun, order was accepted and money taken from my account, couple days later received an email stating order has been cancelled as product out of stock. Almost 2 weeks later still no refund, emailed accounts twice, tried calling the office but no answer. Very poor service.

Bought a lawnmower off them for over €1,000, was useless wouldn’t mulch or fill the bag properly leaving clumps of grass everywhere. Asked for a refund within the statutory 14day distance selling period and they refused to accept it and issue a refund saying it was against their company policy to accept return of goods with petrol engines.

Given the run around by everyone every time we rang with promises they would call us back which they never did. One particular representative was very condescending and misogynistic on a phone call with my wife.

Terrible customer service and I ended up having to take them to small claims court to get the refund I was entitled to.

100% would not recommend to anyone

Despite 1/2 negative reviews on here, I have to say I ordered recently and couldn't fault them - great value and rapid delivery. Ordered a trend router kit in the winter sale on 6 Nov 2025 as it was a great price - much cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Got an email the next day when it was packaged and awaiting courier pickup. Was delivered 2 days later no hassle and well packaged. Will definitely use again for other deals when the price is right 👍

Had a few minor issues with Jefferson Air Compressor that I purchased, but the manager from shop at Dundalk was extremely helpful and professional.
He got back to immediately and managed to sort out any issues that needed to be addressed. Keep up the good work and many thanks!

Had to call customer service, dreadful manner from the lady on the phone, they state on their website that delivery is 2 to 3 working days but it's more the lady on the phone obviously didn't know the difference between delivery and dispatch.
Got a reply from a comment I put on social media from ToolFix stating that I screamed down the phone, I replied that they were absolute liars, they are not nice people to be dealing with and would be better off training themselves to deal with customers in
a professional manner instead of the arrogant attitude.

Terrible service. They repair my Mtebo impact driver from March (months). No replay for my emails and calls. Don't know how to collect my tool.

Ive bought from the company before. I love there selection of high end products. Customer service not great don't reply/aknoledge emails. As far as the selection of products go id say the best in ireland.

Ordered a new €275.00 Veto bag, recived a demo/showroom model. Fair enough if it's the last in stock, but at least give your customer the info/choice.
A bit expensive on the shipping to Denmark (€30.00), with no free shipping cap to be reached.

Bought a dewalt impact driver, the cheapest I could find online in ireland. Ordered on Sunday night and received it on Tuesday morning.. great service. Thanks toolfix.ie

Purchased 3 chainsaw bars on Thursday…..The following Tuesday I got an email telling me my order was packed and awaiting the courier pick up……Late on Wednesday I got an email telling me the items were out of stock and my order has been refunded……The ordered items at no point were identified as out of stock or back order items…..Pure BS…..Not good…….Will never use again……..

Bought a ladder and the delivery came so quick and the cheapest on the market and also Irish owned Brilliant service would highly recommend.

On 2 separate occasions in December 2024 I had paid for 2 different impact wrenches as it showed they were in stock on website. On both occasions I was informed a week later that they were out of stock and they were refunding me. Update your website better!

Got my spotlight well packaged and within 2 days of purchase.
Spotlight works like a dream and i will be back for more products and this service as soon as i need any other essential tools.

Went in to the store in Ashton in makerfield. I was not spending a lot of money but the young lady and gentlemen could not have been more helpful they helped me get the right light fitting I only spent about 9 pounds but was still made to feel like a valuable customer

Ordered Wednesday delivered midday Thursday also €70 cheaper than Screwfix . Definitely be shopping here in future 👌🏻
