Great service even better product
I originally ordered a necklace, and unfortunately it was damaged during shipping. Tong immediately responded to my message and took care of the issue right away. Since the original necklace was no longer available, they sent me an even better, more luxurious replacement at no extra cost. I couldn’t be happier with the necklace or the quick, professional response to fix something that wasn’t even their fault. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience.

I'M EDITING MY 1 STAR REVIEW TO NOW A 5 STAR. Was able to get a hold of customer support and they quickly made it right with a new pendant and now waiting to ship. Again, quality is great and I was very happy with the personal pendant and its quality. Thank you Tongshop for making it right.
