It’s the best workout equipment that money can buy
I’m nearly at 400 workouts and i still absolutely love this machine. It’s the best workout equipment I’ve ever experienced. While it is a pricey investment, for me, it’s been worth every penny. I love my Tonal!

Tonal has genuinely made me healthier, stronger, and happier. It has become the part of my day that I look forward to the most because I know that no matter how busy or stressful things get, I can step upstairs, get a great workout in, and feel better afterward. Over the past year, Tonal has helped me build strength, stay consistent, and create a fitness routine that actually feels sustainable. I used my tonal for 4 years when it suddenly experienced an unusual mechanical issue that could not be repaired. Tonal service was exceptional throughout the whole process, from the initial virtual assessment session to the onsite evaluation by a technician. I was braced to have to fight for a replacement but Tonal granted one without me asking, sending a new unit and installers to my house free of charge. The technical service was excellent, communicative, and I am really pleasantly surprised to be back up and running hassle free and so quickly!

Your service line stinks
Your service line stinks. I have broken machine since May of 2026.
Service took 3 weeks to get scheduled. Didn't work.
Why does it take 3 weeks to get this fixed.
I asked for 6 months for free subscription and the tech "Jason" was super excited to tell me that I wasn't paying a subscription while it is broken. Lucky me.
If you charge a premium for a subscription, you should provide a premium repair service.
Disappointed.

We’re sincerely sorry that your Tonal has remained unusable since May and that the service visit did not resolve the issue. Waiting three weeks for an appointment only to be left without a working machine is understandably frustrating and not the experience we want for our members.

The pricing is insane
The pricing is insane. It’s outrageous to be charging that much. I figured by now we would have some kind of tiered pricing. I tell everyone I know to not get a Tonal and I tell them to tell everyone they know. The machine itself is fine. Everything else is a complete rip-off.

A converted skeptic
I was very skeptical of digital weights, and I used to scoff at the idea, but after giving it a try I've been thoroughly converted to Tonal. It offers so much more than a weight machine. The coaches are top notch, and the live classes, workouts, and programs are being added daily. It's like having a personal trainer at your disposal with an endless selection of weightlifting movements. And, the time I save by not having to add plates or deciding how much weight to use is a game changer. And there's so much science backing the programs. You have to try it to believe it.

It took me a bit but I have found my way amd now I truly love my tonal. I recently went on vacation and went to a gym for the week. I was amazed at how much stronger my tonal has made me when using free weights. I have made so much progress since I have really been consistent.

Ridiculously complex buying process
They make purchasing this incredibly complicated. I am building a new home and including a Tonal 2 as part of the gym. I have had 10+ back-and-forths with them where they keep insisting (a) they need to install it (I want my contractor to install it) and (b) they keep sending me not useful information about the installation requirements.
It's ridiculous. I am saving them money by doing the install myself and I have a very experienced construction firm doing the work.

I love my Tonal Machine! I love not having to go to a gym! I also love the Leader Board, it motivates me to do my lifts.
I find the entire experience of having the machine in my home to be perfect for my schedule and the time it saves me is appreciated!

I love this product
I love this product! I am not a person who grew up going to the gym. The fact that I can do this in my home and have coaches work with me is a miracle!
