It is a lovely looking fountain pen and nice balance but I was looking for an italic nib and this doesn’t really operate that way. It is a broad nib with some variation on the strokes but not enough to form clear italic letters. The feed is also prone to little hiccoughs which means that although the nib moves smoothly over the paper, the writing experience isn’t smooth.

Lovely little pen. Very handy to have on me all the time. Easy to set up & to use.

Not only are the range of products top quality but so is the service. My package arrived quickly and packaged with a delightful little treat inside! Thank you!

I have many, many pens, but my Lumos is my favorite. Getting nibs and reservoirs is easy and it's always a good experience working with Tom's Studio.

Beautifully packaged and swiftly delivered.

The pen came quickly, and is attractive, however the wren pen tip which was advertised as durable has already worn out after using it for a few days (I write a lot). Ultimately the tips are disposable and though the pen is supposed to be sustainable, it may be less so (and certainly more expensive to keep replacing tips) than using a pen that keeps going for weeks. Back to the fountain pen for me unfortunately, as I did enjoy how the wren writes, but can’t justify the number of nibs I’ll get through!
EDIT: Tom’s studio got in touch with me, and offered me a set of replacement nibs both in the standard and fine nib style, so that I could try these out to see if writing a bit lighter or using the firmer fine nib would help them last longer in my hands. Fingers crossed it works out, as I like the way the wren writes. Really excellent customer service- thanks!

At first I received a faulty pen but the support team was awesome. They were extremely friendly and helpful and provided me with a replacement pen immediately.
I bought a titanium Lumos and the pen feels great to the touch. With the wide assortment of tips you receive you can customize how it write to your liking. In my case, I use one brush end for Japanese writing and one normal pen end for western script.
The packaging was also really good. No matter how roughly your delivery personnel treats the package there's pretty much no way the product itself will get damaged.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with the Ori. So much so that I ended up buying the third one and some other inks to test out. The product is excellent quality and incredibly well thought out. I was concerned that it would be uncomfortable to hold but it’s not! They sent out my package quickly and I didn’t have to wait too long for it to arrive.

Next day delivery of another beautiful pen. I now have four and use them everyday .

The Lumos Titanium is an outstanding pen. I use the fineliner tip and it makes my handwriting actually really good, people can understand my writing!
The built, quality, ease of refill is on another level. I appreciate the love put into this.

I just love Tom's Studio stationery and aleady own a few pens and several inks. I appreciate the elegant eco-friendly packaging.

Overall experience was wonderful. The order was easy to place, I found what I wanted. Parcel arrived in 3 days with such heartwarming and beautiful packaging. I had added a gift option and was surprised to get a lovely high quality a5 watercolour paper card. Number 6 brush with light metal handle feels elegant and balanced, while palette from recycled pens is ideal size and shape for me.

LOVE the products, especially the personalization option. I’ve got so many products at this point, they all work, they’re all absolutely stunning - design & functionality on point. Packaging is always delight to receive. Customer service is phenomenal. Delivery is speed of light. Simply love it.

I now have a Lumos and a Wren and I love them both. Really great pens. But their customer service is also great. I put in an order and realised I'd forgotten something. I send them an email asking if they could add it for me and they got it sorted straight away. Very helpful.
