The most horrible experience ever. We ordered a king size bed frame and one month later, we only have half the package. Not to mention no answer over the phone, so have had to endure a 20+ long email chain. Can you believe the courier didn't even call or buzz the apartment and just left the parcel outside the building? I only found out it was delivered having to physically check myself. Don't think you're getting value for money here - this is honestly the worst customer service and no one should ever have to feel like it's their responsibility to chase for updates multiple times daily.

Please don't bother wasting your money. Still waiting for my bed four weeks later, as they courier 'lost' it. Still waiting for the next one but they just don't care. Customer service terrible, holding no accountability, constantly having to chase them and they're laughing about it when they think we can't hear. Absolutely disgraceful and worst experience ever.

Bed head is beautiful. Had it for at least 6 months at this point and it makes for a stunning focal point when you first walk in to the bedroom. Always happy to pay for quality and would be more than happy to recommend Tommy Swiss to others. You will not be disappointed.

Grey colour bed head is nowhere near what the photos show. Light grey in the photos are actually a charcoal grey. Not that pleased with the response to the issue, but that's the drawback of online shopping.
Great price though, particularly with interstate delivery.

I love the bed. It looks great. The only problem is that it came with no instructions whatsoever and when I emailed to get instructions I didn’t receive a reply. It was very difficult to get the bed together and I had a few screws etc left over so hopefully it won’t collapse. But the bed is nice.

After my mate bought his bed and liked it I thought I’d get one also. Fast postage, great price, great communication from the staff. Completely satisfied with my purchase.

I have recently had the most frustrating experience dealing with Tommy Swiss. My impression is that Tommy Swiss is NOT a customer focussed business. I have wasted hours attempting to get a shipping issue sorted out to no avail. In the meantime one of the products I ordered re-listed as 'Out of Stock'. After compromising on the selection, I then still had to deal with an inept customer service team who quoted their responses literally by rote. Furthermore, one response contradicted the other. It was an exasperating experience to say the least and although the products look great, the customer experience is most certainly NOT.

I found this company to be very good to deal with. Very professional and dwlivery was made in the time frame. Courier peolle were excellent as well and so was communication with them.
