Can’t get in contact with them to process a return. I have over $200 worth of items I want to return and I’m not getting a response.

Don’t sleep on these
These dresses are gorgeous. The trim, fabric, stitching and packaging are simply outstanding.
I’m a 5’8 of US 12/14 clothing. I wear a 42E bra and have a 40’ waist (just gave birth). I bought size 18 based on some reviews and the fear of waist being too tight but really I’d fit into size 14/16 as this came a lot big for the arm and arm length. This isn’t Tolavita’s fault so I’m not returning. I’ll just stick to my regular sizing henceforth or go a size bigger for fitted silhouette dresses. The length however is perfect, both dresses flow all the way down just as I love my dresses alhamdulillah.
I have 4 stars because both dresses were missing the cuff buttons (I’ll fix those with plain buttons) and I haven’t washed them to see how the fabrics hold up.

Husband loved my dress
Salaams I love my dress my husband said he liked it also. It fit me so nice. I was hoping it would not be to small because I lost a little weight and I mostly ware size 24 but the 22 fit like a glove. Shukran for such a lovely dress.

The fabric was very bad and cheap…
The fabric was very bad and cheap looking. Was expecting premium quality as the charges were not very reasonable. The return policy suggests I have to bear the courier charges so it discourages me to do that.

Ma Sha Allah it was good experience overall. Alhumdilillah I love the length adjustment and timely delivery. In Sha Allah I think the quality of the fabrics can be improved in the overall platform by adding diverse fablics such as lilen, cotton etc. Please know that in any platform slight color varietion is there when its online vs reality. Overall, I love both of the outfits Ma Sha Allah and In Sha Allah purchase again. Alhumdulillah my strong recommendation will be to not use female as models please.

Black and White Dress
I really love my dress. It fits true to size. I was happy that they were able to make the length adjustment as I requested. However, my only request on my next order is that when they make the length adjustment, they do NOT add/sew on additional fabric at the bottom of the dress. I would prefer the dress to be cut to my length before sewn together. Otherwise it's a great fit and I love the fabric and dress!

Length adjustment instructions ignored
The clothes arrived in a timely matter, and they’re in good quality. However, the instructions that I have made for length adjustments were not followed, so the dresses have a short fit. Due to the short fit, I am unable to wear these dresses for what I initially bought them for. I do not want to deal with the hassle of returning the dresses, so I have decided to keep them and will do what I can to figure out how to resolve this issue on my own. Nether less, the dresses are beautiful and look exactly as pictured on the website.

I love the fit

The dresses are beautifully made and arrived quickly. The only reason for stars was I ordered the geometric blue dress and in the pictures the color is shown as green but it was more blue when I got it but over I am very happy about my order and planning to place another order. Also I can't wait for you guys to add more darker colors with smaller prints to your collection.
