I see in the system that your order was delivered by DHL on May 2nd. If there is some mistake and you have not received your order, you need to contact DHL as soon as possible. Tracking number and package status updates have been sent to your email and via SMS (if you accepted)

Dear customer, as we emailed you last week, your order is listed as delivered on March 25th. If there is mistake and you have not received your order, you need to contact DHL to clarify the situation, but you still have not done so. We sent the request to DHL, but we need additional information from you that you have not yet provided. Without this information, we cannot find out. We repeat that your case is within the competence of the DHL courier service and you should contact them in any convenient way to solve your problem. Our company is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered (written in our policy). These problems you should solve directly with the courier service.
