John, there are indeed many parts to the entire Tokeet software stack! We like having broken it out into different functional areas because that lets customers subscribe to the parts they actually need and not have to pay for those they don't.

Greatly improved attention
I have been using Tokeet for several years now and at first I was stressed that I had no way to contact them by phone, only by chat. But now they have greatly improved the attention in the chat.
The attention is fast and accurate.
In my most recent request for help, Ahsaan's service was perfect. In a matter of minutes my problem was solved.

Tokeet has much more features than the competition for a lower fee. It's a bit complicated to understand but that's where their great chat support comes in. I has numerous questions which were answered professionally and promptly.

I highly recommend Tokeet to all…
I highly recommend Tokeet to all property managers, or short term rental owners. The customer service is always impeccable and they have comprehensive directions in video, articles, and chat's if you ever run into something new or confusing. The integration is super helpful. Tokeet helps me run my business on multiple platforms with hardly ever any problems. When I do run across an issue, its usually human error on my part, but they are always very helpful to get me back on track.
