Worst app
I am currently looking for another invoicing app. There are always issues with this particular application. Whether it be that the app freezes or that I cannot send invoices whatsoever. I’ve been trying to get help for the past week and no one has helped me. I am not able to send any invoices or share the invoices via a link. This app should not exist anymore. Customer service is absolutely atrocious.

We see that you reached out two days ago and our team replied right away. The issue with sending and sharing invoices has already been fixed — please restart the app and try to send again. If the problem persists, please let us know. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
Regarding the freezing problem — are you still experiencing it now? Among several hundred thousand users we’ve received almost no such reports in recent months. There was indeed an issue six months ago (March 2025), but we fixed it in version 3.6.5. If you’re still facing difficulties, please let us know so we can investigate.
Absolutely non-existent customer…
Absolutely non-existent customer service. We have been four days trying to get ahold of them for a payment and billing issue. The phone number rings, but no answer or voicemail. No email response. Chat help says a 6 hour wait (business hours only).
We have a missing payment and literally cannot get ahold of anyone to find out what happened.

We found your message and responded, but it looks like we didn’t hear back.
In your case, the payment was made to a contractor who used Tofu to send you an invoice. All payments made through Tofu are processed directly via Stripe — we don’t hold or manage any funds ourselves, so we’re unable to cancel, reverse, or issue refunds.
We recommend contacting the contractor directly and asking them to refund the payment through their Stripe account. If they don’t respond, you can dispute the charge with your bank or reach out to Stripe support and explain the situation.
