Not only it took them to ship my order almost a month, they never replied to my emails asking for my order. I even tried intragram messaging and nothing. Shoes quality are low. The sock shoes are always falling of my baby feet and its her size. Low quality, low finishings, low packaging. I do not recommend this store. Waste of money. I regret ordering so many pairs at once. Their good marketing fooled me.

Do not buy! I wish I read these reviews before purchasing because similar to other reviews written here. What you get is a China cheap shoe with weijun written over it.

I ordered cute baby shoes, but instead received a similar model with ‘Weijun’ written all over them. This is not what I ordered, and I absolutely hated it.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes same size - received on perfect the second one was smaller size i sent email to request return label and to received correct size - after few emails they requested child’s show size- i measured and sent 9.9.24 no reply - i have sent many emails and messages using oficial site - no response and very convenient for them no phone # to be able to call.

Dissapointing. There are chinese wordings at the back of the shoe that is clearly visible. While design is correct, we obviously did not expect the chinese words on the shoe. This was not as advertised. Delivery took ~3weeks. Definitely wont be a return customer.

I bought two pairs of shoes in mid July in the same size. The company sent me one pair in the right size and another pair 3 sizes up. I asked them by email to return the wrong size and they didn't reply, then I submitted a form on the website, still no reply. Then, I contacted them through PayPal, no reply. Finally, I opened a dispute in PayPal and they replied, asking if I needed help choosing the right size. After I explained the problem (again), PayPal decided I could return the products, but I would have to pay shipping costs (15€ which would be 50% of the product value), even though in the website they advertise FREE returns. The seller never replied. Customer support is absolutely horrendous and they lie in their website.
Also, be aware because the shipment comes directly from China, not the USA. The sustainability they claim is to put mildly dubious. Never again.

Definitely a scam company that deletes all negative comments on instagram. Shoes are very cheap and order is not traceable. It comes from China, not the US. Shoes are not comfortable and don’t fit well. Also very expensive.

I’ve made a purchase 3.5 weeks ago, only to receive no real tracking info and the audacity for them to have marked my order delivered.

Naturally, I’ve proceeded to email customer service. It’s been 3 emails and not a single response or acknowledgement of receipt.

Quite disappointed with this whole experience and even sadder to get confirmation on the various experiences of other customers here.

I love toetots too much. The design of the shoes are so fun and very comfy. 100% recommendable. The ship and the service are good too. I will by more in the future

I ordered from them for the first time, when i saw the lovely kids shoes collection that they have, but unfortunately i ordered the wrong size, at that time my order wasn’t yet delivered, so i contacted them informing them that i ordered the wrong size, and if they can give me the other size that i wanted for my son, they have teach me first how to take the correct size of the feet, so i did, and i informed them, after that they have advised me with the correct size, and told me that they will send me the correct size.

When I received the order it was the old size, which was really small, i asked them to please help me return the item, and take the size, then guess what happened !! They have offered me the new size that i want.

I really loved how nicely they have deal with my wrong order, helped me to take the correct size, and delivered to me the exact size i wanted. I am sure that this will not be the last purchase with them 😭😭 they are so kind ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I would even give them more than five stars ⭐️, because they really deserve 🥹♥️

The quality is really good, the shoes are well made & comfortable for the baby!
The size is also very true according to their size chart - just make sure to measure the feet before ordering. Happy with my choice 💕

A very unreliable company. I have been waiting for shoes I have ordered for over three weeks. No phone call. There is no way to contact customer service! I'm very disappointed!

I wish I would have checked the reviews before buying. Website says USA but products came from China. Can’t get customer service to respond and it’s been weeks.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes of the same size, however I received 2 pairs of different sizes.
One fit well another one 2 sizes smaller.
The shoes were okay, however, what I have to do with smaller size?!
I wrote then several emails, submitted a form on their site, wrote in Instagram - no response. I commented also posts in Instagram- they deleted it. They have quite aggressive marketing, and I see often the Ads, but won't buy again and don't recommend in buying there!
Also paid faster delivery - which arrived later than promised (from China)

I ordered three pairs of shoes, express shipping, which took ages to arrive. When they did arrive, two of the pairs were not as pictured on the website and had writing on the straps saying “weisun” and “weijunyiz”. The company appears to buy cheap shoes and then pretend they are their own. I have emailed twice and had no response. When you try to click on returns on the website, it simply takes you to their contact form, rather than allowing you to set up a return. Very misleading and appears to be a scam company - I do not recommend.

Seems like they resell stuff that can be found on Temu for 20% of their price? The delivery took forever and it came from China, not US as they stated in the order details. Also the shoes have logos of other brands, like PangPangLu Original.

The customer service was great. They helped me recommend some sizes and styles. I received it quickly and the size fits perfectly.
