I am loving the organic cotton sock shoes for my little one. He just started walking and wanted to make sure he wears comfortable shoes that do not restrict his natural foot shape. It is so wonderful and cute and honestly money spent well. I tried the ones from Amazon but it lacks the quality and I wish I had found Toetos sooner! Will keep buying baby shoes from them for sure.

I’ve been buying shoes from Toetots since my daughter was a size 2T and now she’s going into 6T soon. She’s a runner so toe-safe and wide shoes were a must when we started looking into purchasing walking shoes. The designs and colors are a big plus. I don’t see myself purchasing any other brands since they’re also priced fairly and the customer service is great. :)

Toetots was generous in allowing for a replacement when the shoe broke down 2 wears in. However the customer support correspondence can be further improved as it sounded like it was AI-generated and didn’t respond to the nuances in the email and with sufficient clarity.

Vermijd deze online winkel! Kreeg een order in een verkeerde kleur, maar op emails met het verzoek om het correcte product wordt niet gereageerd. Krijg enkel geautomatiseerde emails met hun retour policy waar zelf voor betaald dient te worden. Dit is zo'n typische online e commerce winkel die goedkope producten van Temu etc doorverkoopt voor duurder. Heel slecht.

2 stars and not 1 because of the initial customer service experience when I ordered the wrong size and they responded quickly; however, after paying for shipping of the new size, they sent me the wrong one, and now don't want to exchange it for the correct one

You would be surprised with the product quality.
It’s a cheap price compared to the good brands on the market, but I have nothing but compliments! Also, some of the sandals I got for my little girl ran a bit large, and the process to exchange them was unbelievable. They not only asked me to pay only for a $7.99 fee as they let me keep the original ones, so there was no need to send them back, so my daughter can use them later when she grows. Thanks for the great customer support and congrats on the great products!

Great customer Service

I’m genuinely impressed with Toetots. I had been specifically looking for zero-drop barefoot shoes made with non-toxic and more natural materials for my daughter, and it’s surprisingly hard to find brands that truly focus on both healthy foot development and material quality.

The shoes feel very well made and the quality matched what was promised on the website. But what stood out even more was their customer service. We had a sizing issue, and the team went above and beyond to help resolve it in such a kind and satisfactory way. That level of support is honestly rare these days.

Really appreciate brands that care both about the product and the customer experience. 😊

I received my order and the product was even more cute in person! My toddler is really living in his new little shoes! I also had a wonderful experience with toetots customer service! I’ve brought a few sizes for my little one and they are the best. He never kept his shoes in all day at daycare and he leave these ones on. Sooo cute! Customer services has been wonderful as an interstate buyer.

I ordered shoes for my child, and during the very first wear they completely fell apart — the sole detached from the upper part of the shoe after only a short walk in the park.

I immediately contacted customer support, provided photos, and requested a replacement pair. I was also fully prepared to return the damaged shoes. Instead of addressing the issue properly, the company repeatedly sent generic responses and insisted that I pay shipping costs for the replacement, despite the product being clearly defective.

As a consumer, I paid for a new, functional product and expected to receive one. Requiring customers to pay additional costs to replace faulty goods is unacceptable and contrary to basic consumer protection principles.

I have formally escalated the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased 4 pairs for my daughter as her first walking shoes, and I’m very happy with them! Not only are they absolutely adorable, but they’re also flexible and wide, which makes them very comfortable for her to walk in.

One of the shoes arrived in a different color than the one I ordered, but the team took care of it right away, compensated me, and even sent me another shoe to try.

The customer service is kind and professional, and the product quality is excellent.
