Right product, good colour, arrived in good time

Lovell the clothes - so colourful and cheery. All the clothes I buy from you are gifts and I always get great feedback from the parents. Delivery is always quick.

Sent a few items as a gift - they were delighted with the quality and the style. I just found the correspondence from the company confusing - I was addressed by my recipient's name; I was told only part of the order had been dispatched (in fact, it all had); I had paid for giftwrapping but my order just listed a sheet of gift-wrap (actually the gift was wrapped). So - it all turned out well and the recipient was very happy, but I had apologised (unneccessarily) to them for the missing items and lack of gift-wrapping.

Items came fairly quickly & as always beautiful vibrant colours. My grandaughter liked her bunny ears hoodie so much I have now ordered the next size up so she can continue to enjoy it!!

Good communication, lovely packaging, and such a nice quality, soft, brightly coloured top for my son! Can’t wait for him to wear it. Its so hard to find cat themed items for little boys that are actually nice! Will be back! X

Helpful Customer Service when I sent the wrong size outfit to my grandbaby. Next size up is oversize now but looks cute and will last through to Spring, so good value. Gorgeous fabric and beautifully made.

There is always a problem with delivery . Waited over a week for this parcel to arrive . Last order was over 10 days . The clothes are great - but the service poor.
