The packaging is beautiful
The packaging is beautiful, the insert to provide a background context for the tasting experience wrapped with embossed gold foil. The chocolate had a wonderfully smooth mouth feel, with a delicious earthy taste.

Best Customer Service Ever
They communicate with you so well. Because of the Labor Day holiday I was contacted and informed that they were unable to mail my chocolate out this week. (in hot weather they only mail out on Mondays). Wasn't a problem for me but they even gave me a gift card on my next purchase. I replied to them and asked a question about shelf life as one was going to be a gift a few months from now. James got right back to me. This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced! (not to mention their product is amazing)

The Kampot Pepper has a lovely balance between floral notes and the light spice of the pepper. Great experience
I ordered my products from To’ak to South Korea. Even though I was worried about the quality of the delivery because of the distance, staff members were very well organized and kept me informed until the products arrived safe and well. I recommend anyone who is looking for a great gift to try To’ak.

The card should be wrapped in a plastic or other type of cover, because with the amount of ice and the low temperature you put in the package it is very easy for the card to be wet.

The best taste ever
I had a sample of this chocolate while doing business I South America, and, I never forgot the wonderful taste. Could never find anything like it in the USA, until I found this web site. You must taste and be spoiled.

Buyers be ware, 50.00 you get nine very small pieces of chocolate in the box total, what a waste an scam. Plus the wasted trash sent in the box was more than your small box of chocolate, terrible shame on you!

The reason for this review is that I have not received the chocolate yet. Shipping date, at time of purpose, was indicated as after 26 August. See no point in asking me what I think if I have not received anything. You should change your software to ask once the goods have at least been shipped. I love the product itself, but this follow up is set up poorly.

Couldn’t make an order
Couldn’t make an order. They asked for various forms of payment other than credit card after they claimed my card was declined but I saw the charge post to my account. Super sketchy.

Hello Deric, as per our discussion via email we were unable to process your order as our e-commerce platform (Shopify) blocked your payment and labelled it "high risk of fraud". We understand that occasionally Shopify gets it wrong, so we contacted you immediately to offer two alternative forms of payment (PayPal or Zelle transfer). Since we did not hear back from you after clarifying that the payment methods we offered were to accounts held in the USA (a concern that you higlighted), we issued a full refund on the 15th of July. You were issued an email confirmation the same day. Normally refunds take between 4-5 days to appear on your account, therefore it should be on your card very shortly. We are sorry that we were unable to assist you with your purchase but our policy is to follow the security measures of Shopify. When we asked Shopify about the alert on your order they said that other orders processed on their system using the same credit card had been reported as fraudulent. You may wish to contact Shopify to resolve the issue and ensure it doesn't happen with any future purchases. Sincerely, James.
