Quick delivery and overall good service as normal from Townsend but the packaging was poor on this occasion with the record able to move within the packaging resulting in splits on 3 of the 4 sides of the plastic sleeve of the picture disc

4 different albums i have pre ordered…
4 different albums i have pre ordered vinyls or CD's for from Townsend music and all 4 have been delayed/pushed back. It's a shame upcoming bands use Townsend as even the bands become frustrated with them. Always the same excuses too. And massively inflated postage prices. Very poor service

I had an issue with my delivery (at fault of royal mail) and Veronika from customer service was lovely and assisted with the issue, promptly sending out a new shipment and refunding my postage cost. Some of the best customer service I have experienced

Excellent Customer service
I ordered a LP and it arrived damaged (the package was a bit destroyed during the transport). The customer service has sent me a new one in perfect shape for free.

Excellent customer service
Placed an order for 4 items that were despatched in 3 packages, unfortunately 1 package was damaged upon receipt. This damaged the poster inside. I reported this and asked if it was possible for a replacement to be sent. I received a prompt positive reply and a perfect poster arrived in a couple of days. I was kept informed about the replacement and the despatch date which was very helpful. A friendly and professional service which was much appreciated.

The Customer Service work is excellent
The Customer Service work is excellent. I received the damaged item in the first place, reported it right away and sent photos of the damage. People from TCS reacted very quickly and few days later I received another copy, this time in mint condition.
